Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of desalination plants, water treatment facilities, pumping stations, storage tanks, and transmission pipeline projects. Acting as the technical lead for project execution and serving as the link between the Business Development Manager and project stakeholders.
