<p>The Cluster Construction Manager (E2) is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple large-scale infrastructure and city development projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with client objectives, standards, and regulations. The role involves managing all phases of construction, coordinating with stakeholders, supervising contractors and consultants, enforcing HSE standards, and maintaining strong control over project planning, risk management, contracts, and reporting systems. With over 20 years of experience, the position also focuses on strategic leadership, organizational development, performance monitoring, and driving continuous improvement while supporting client capability building and adherence to international best practices.</p>

<li>Implement a system for tracking labor efficiency based on achievement of installed quantities against the durations included in the project master schedule. The system shall be capable of generating periodic status reports.</li>
<li>Be informed of the relevant quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies, manuals, and procedures within the company and ensure continued compliance with these requirements while employed.</li>

Managing, conceiving, marketing and executing development projects of significant complexity. Providing executive leadership in the design, development and implementation of systems and processes that improve safety, process efficiencies, program growth and overall sound financial performance.
