- Lead the Fleet Management function to ensure fleet availability, operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and service continuity across Hajj & Umrah, tourism, corporate, limousine, and bus operations.<br>- Control fleet planning, monitoring, utilization, and reporting so operational decisions are based on accurate data, timely action plans, and close coordination with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and compliance-related stakeholders.<br>- Drive the shift from manual fleet-control processes to more structured system automation while maintaining full discipline over tracking, permits, insurance, violations, expired documents, and cost-of-operation controls.<br><br><br>Requirements<br><br>Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.<br>Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in fleet management, transport control, logistics operations, or related operational leadership roles, ideally within Saudi transport or pilgrim-service environments.<br>Technical knowledge: In-depth knowledge of fleet apps, GPS tracking, transport-government portals, and compliance processes, including the company’s Ops System, TAM / tafwid processes, driver-card workflows, Afaki tracking and violation / standards-related websites; strong command of operational reporting and action-plan development.<br>Managerial skills: Team management, strategic thinking, problem solving, negotiation, time and stress management, planning discipline, decision support, cross-functional coordination, and organizational leadership in a demanding operational setting.<br>Other skills: Professional command of Arabic and English; strong communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility for long hours during peak seasons, and the discipline required to manage challenging situations in a fast-paced but professional environment.<br><br>Skills: Education: <br> <br>A bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; a diploma in Automotive Engineering is highly relevant and acceptable when supported by strong practical experience. <br> <br>Experience: <br> <br>5–8 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, with approximately 25 years overall technical experience preferred in fleet, heavy vehicles, buses, tourism transport, or related transport operations. <br> <br>Technical knowledge: <br> <br>In-depth knowledge of vehicles, fleet maintenance equipment, diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, process sheets, inspection methods, and workshop control; practical ability to use MS Office, Whats App, and Mena ME, with readiness to shift into more automated systems.
Job Description:<br><br>JOB SUMMARY:<br><br> The CAMO Engineer will assure the proper implementation of technical requirements (such as Airworthiness Directive) and provide technical support to the maintenance and material department. The CAMO Engineer will also plan, schedule and coordinate activities for the maintenance of helicopters.
