Job Title: Lead Production Engineer. Professionals joining Berlitz KSA can expect a culture centered on learning, service excellence, and measurable results.<br>Role Description The Customer Success Consultant is a contract, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for ensuring customers achieve their learning objectives with Berlitz Saudi Arabia. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new customers, understanding their training needs, and aligning Berlitz solutions with their goals. The role involves monitoring programme performance, analyzing participation and outcomes, and proactively addressing issues that may affect customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty. The consultant will handle ongoing communication with key stakeholders, provide progress updates, and recommend adjustments to maximize the impact of training programs. This position also requires close collaboration with internal teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and reporting, ensuring a seamless customer experience.<br>Qualifications Relevant undergraduate degree/ tertiary qualification. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales and/ or marketing Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (Minimum Berlitz L5) and native fluency in Arabic Proficient in MS Office applications Strong customer engagement and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Solid analytical skills to interpret program data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements. Excellent communication skills for interacting with corporate clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at various levels. Account management capabilities, including managing multiple clients, prioritizing needs, and ensuring timely follow-up. Experience in corporate training, education services, or customer success roles is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage a dynamic workload, and adapt to client requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
