Pipeline is vanity—signed agreements and live, active partners are what matter. This is more than a business development role. We're looking for a commercial leader who builds opportunities from scratch, closes complex deals independently, mentors the BD team, and contributes to commercial strategy alongside leadership.<br>What You'll DoOwn the full vendor acquisition lifecycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, contract signing, and partner activation. Build and onboard new vendors and experience partners across Saudi Arabia. Identify, develop, and close corporate, B2B, government, and strategic partnerships. Lead commercial discussions with ministries, tourism authorities, and semi-government entities. Build international distribution partnerships with OTAs, DMCs, tour operators, and aggregators. Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate CRM, and reliable commercial forecasts. Drive partner activation and ensure every signed agreement goes live within SLA. Mentor junior and mid-level Business Development team members while helping raise commercial standards across the team.<br>What We're Looking For7–12 years of Business Development, Commercial Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales experience, preferably within a marketplace, platform, or technology business in Saudi Arabia or the GCC. Proven track record of independently closing and activating commercial partnerships. Experience building pipeline through proactive outbound business development. Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of marketplace economics, GMV, contribution margin, and deal profitability. Experience working with Saudi government entities, corporate stakeholders, and strategic partners. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<br>About the Role We are seeking an Information Security Compliance Consultant to support information security and data protection compliance activities in Saudi Arabia.<br>The role will serve as a key local representative for information security and personal data protection compliance, working closely with Saudi regulatory authorities, senior leadership, IT and security teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders.<br>The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating regulatory requirements, supporting PDPL compliance, localizing policies and procedures, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring the organization remains prepared for regulatory reviews and audits.<br>Key Responsibilities Government Liaison & Regulatory Compliance Serve as the local point of contact with relevant Saudi regulatory authorities, including NCA and SDAIA. Previous experience working with Saudi government entities or regulatory bodies is strongly preferred. Ability to prepare clear and professional government and regulatory correspondence. Professional English proficiency, with the ability to understand security standards and prepare clear written reports. Strong attention to detail and a high level of documentation discipline.
