<p>The Oracle HCM Techno-functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) EBS modules for a large-scale government project. The role requires hands-on experience in Oracle HCM implementation, system enhancements, and technical support, with a proven track record of working on government-related projects. The consultant will collaborate with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth system operations while delivering timely resolutions to support tickets and enhancement requests. Responsibilities: Provide technical and functional support for HR modules, including Payroll, Self-Service HR, and Core HR. Implement, configure, and customize Oracle HCM EBS modules according to business requirements. Handle daily support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions. Develop enhancements and automate manual processes within the Oracle HCM system. Create and manage integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions. Conduct functional and technical testing, prepare UAT scripts, and support users during UAT. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional roles. Strong experience in Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Performance Management. Ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications. Strong experience in Oracle HRMS configuration, including Fast Formula and Workflow. Strong technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Interfaces, APIs, and integrations. Experience in Oracle EBS HRMS implementation, support, and enhancement projects. General Summary<br><br>Qiddiya City is an exciting new destination city right on the doorstep of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The city plan will include 25 distinct masterplan districts across sports, entertainment, arts and culture, and mixed-use areas, residential communities and nature. Qiddiya City will eventually be home to more than 600,000 residents and host millions of visitors and experience seekers yearly.<br><br>The Sales and Leasing Performance Unit (SLPU) within Qiddiya is responsible for developing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise within the organization. At the heart of this unit sits the Qiddiya Real Estate Learn Lab (QREL), a digital-first, gamified learning academy, designed to drive measurable commercial capability development across the Sales and Leasing teams.<br><br>The Agency Training Senior Manager serves as the primary training lead and brand ambassador for Qiddiya's external broker partner network, playing a critical role in enabling the successful go-to-market of Qiddiya's real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that all broker partners are fully equipped with deep, accurate, and up-to-date knowledge of Qiddiya's developments, districts, and value proposition, as well as the sales and leasing systems, processes, and operational standards required to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer journey. The role contributes directly to broker readiness, customer experience excellence, and ultimately conversion outcomes by building confidence, credibility, and engagement across the broker ecosystem.<br><br>About The Role / Project Scope<br><br>Operating within the Qiddiya Real Estate Learn Lab, this role supports the development and deployment of a best-in-class broker enablement program across Residential, Retail, Office, and Land asset classes. The role spans both strategic and operational dimensions, including defining broker training approaches aligned to launch timelines, facilitating large-scale training interventions, and embedding a blended learning model through both in-person and digital channels. The scope also includes continuous collaboration with Programs, Digital Systems, and Learner Experience teams to ensure an integrated learning experience, as well as alignment with Sales and Leasing
