Deep knowledge of Service Now platform architecture and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) especially in ITSM . Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise integration patterns. Working knowledge of Service Now connectors, web technologies and platform scripting languages. Deep understanding and work experience in integrating with SAML, SSO, LDAP, AD etc. Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments and integrations. Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and lead technical teams
