We are currently recruiting for an experienced MPLS Engineer to join a leading telecommunications project in Saudi Arabia on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a technical authority team responsible for supporting Ericsson transmission environments, ensuring network performance, operational stability and timely restoration of critical services. Responsibilities Provide second-line technical support across the transmission domain. Troubleshoot MPLS networks, routers, L2/L3 switches and transmission nodes. Support node acceptance and configuration management. Perform software maintenance and problem management activities. Handle outages, service degradation and customer requests. Perform MDT/TCN verification, reporting and audit activities. Coordinate with engineering, vendor and customer teams. Support operational compliance and service restoration.
