Validate warranty claims, investigate questionable cases, and recommend corrective actions. Review warranty claim reports from customers, analyze component failures, and escalate epidemic cases to Technical Department. Ensure obligations and commitments towards products are met during the warranty period.<br>Team Leadership & Development Recruit, interview, hire, and train HVAC technicians, supervisors, and engineers to meet workload demands. Conduct performance appraisals, reviews, and set improvement goals for technicians. Organize group and one-on-one meetings for training, evaluation, and communication. Recommend technical training for warranty team technicians based on skill gaps. Keep training records updated and ensure personnel maintain proficiency in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.<br>Reporting & Coordination Review and verify daily reports from the team before communicating with clients. Liaise with Sales Department in case of customer faults in reports before sending to clients. Ensure monthly reports are circulated to concerned Sales Departments. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pipe Fabricator to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting, measuring, cutting, threading, bending, and assembling piping systems and structural components according to strict isometric blueprints and industrial safety specifications. <br>Key Responsibilities & Duties Blueprint Reading: Interpret and analyze advanced isometric drawings, piping layouts, blueprints, and weld maps to determine accurate dimensions, material requirements, and assembly sequences. Layout & Fit-Up: Measure, mark, layout, and fit pipes and components precisely to ensure alignment, correct angles, and compliance with project tolerances before final welding. Cutting & Preparation: Utilize industrial tools (including torches, plasma cutters, saws, beveling machines, and grinders) to cut, thread, groove, and bevel piping materials. Material Handling: Work safely with a wide variety of piping materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and galvanized pipes. Tack-Welding: Perform secure tack-welding to temporarily hold pieces in position for structural integrity prior to final production welding. Quality & Safety Assurance: Perform quality self-checks using calipers, gauges, and tape measures. Execute rotor disassembly, inspection, repair, refurbishment, and reassembly activities during major overhauls and maintenance projects. Conduct and support electrical testing, including resistance, insulation resistance (IR), polarization index (PI), continuity, and Hi-Pot testing where authorized. Inspect and identify winding defects, insulation damage, loose coils, and mechanical issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards and traceability requirements. Adhere to EHS and lockout/tagout procedures, maintain accurate repair and test documentation, and ensure safe, organized workshop practices.<br><br><br>What You Bring<br><br>Technical diploma or trade certification in Electrical Technology, E&M Winding, Power Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong hands-on experience in generator rotor winding and rewinding, with knowledge of winding techniques, insulation systems, and rotating electrical machinery. Ability to read and interpret OEM drawings, winding diagrams, technical manuals, and standards from manufacturers such as Siemens, GE, ABB, and Mitsubishi. Experience conducting electrical repairs, insulation application, testing, quality control, and maintaining full traceability of materials, measurements, and processes.
