<p>To perform neuro-physiology procedures for adult and pediatric patients referred for these procedures from the outpatient clinic, in patient department and external doctors within the framework set by Fakeeh Care.</p><p>Key Responsibilities and Duties:</p><ul><li>Performs short routine EEG recordings.</li><li>Conducts long-term video EEG monitoring.</li><li>Performs bedside EEG recordings.</li><li>Carries out Nerve Conduction Test.</li><li>Conducts evoked potential testing, visual and Somatosensory.</li><li>Assists Neurology Doctor s to perform EMG advanced NCV and VEP.</li><li>Types and fills reports of each patient.</li><li>Arranges appointment for PSG,PAP Titration, EEG,EMG-NCV and VEP.</li><li>Performs routine equipment s care, maintenance and inventory evaluation in collaboration with biomedical engineer.</li><li>Reports safety or operational concerns to chairperson of Neurosciences.</li><li>Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.</li><li>Performs all procedures in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>All Fakeeh Care employees are responsible for continuous improvement, including:</li><li>Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh s Person-Centered care values.</li><li>Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.</li><li>Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.</li><li>Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.</li><li>Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.</li><li>Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.</li><li>Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Computer knowledge of Microsoft word in mandatory typing skills of 20 words per minutes or higher.</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years as Neurophysiology Technician or EEG/NCV/EP technician with documented proficiency in all required competencies.</li><li>For Senior Neurophysiology Technician Minimum of 5 years as Neurophysiology Technician or EEG/NCV/EP technician with documented proficiency in all required competencies</li></ul><p>Education : Completion of neuro physiology procedures training in the hospital or pre-employment training session from accredited facility</p><p>Language: English and Arabic preferred</p><p>Licenses / Certifications: License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA)</p>
