Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, and approvals. Verify implementation of quality management systems (ISO, project QA/QC plans). Confirm compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements (as applicable). Identify technical and regulatory risks. Prepare structured audit reports, findings, and recommendations. Maintain audit records, evidence logs, and compliance matrices. Present audit findings to senior management and project stakeholders. Track closure of audit observations. Liaise with engineering consultants, contractors, and internal project teams. Facilitate resolution of audit findings and technical disputes.
