<p>The CH-47F Maintenance Augmentation Team is seeking a Sheetmetal Technician to support our team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Join our team of professionals today! Responsibilities Performs inspections, repairs, and replacement of aircraft structural components to include stringers, longerons, bulkheads, beams and aircraft skin according to drawings, blueprints, directives, technical manuals and safety procedures. Fabricates structural parts and forming blocks. Shapes metal using stretching, shrinking, and other metal forming techniques. Mixes and applies fiberglass materials. Makes unscheduled emergency and permanent repairs to transparent plastic windows and enclosures. Uses the following: common measuring tools, precision measuring gages and alignment fixtures to perform structural repairs. Mixes and applies primers and paints to aircraft surfaces. Applies corrosion control treatment to aircraft metals. Requisitions and maintains shop and bench stock items for repair of aircraft structures. Uses and performs operator maintenance on common special tools. Prepares, reviews, and updates aircraft maintenance forms and records. Provides On-the-Job Training (OJT), coaching, and mentoring to RSLFAC personnel in all aspects of aircraft sheetmetal tasks as necessary. Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner. Other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Lead. Independence: Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities within the parameters of his supervisor s direction.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Eight (8) years total experience and two (2) within the last five (5) years as an aircraft Sheetmetal technician. Successfully completed and be qualified by the appropriate U.S. Government armed forces Sheetmetal Technician course or civilian equivalent training. Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms or similar aviation maintenance management system, and other aircraft related documentation. Verify that all permit conditions, approvals, certificates, and supporting documents are complete and valid prior to commencing work. Verify that all confined space requirements are completed before work starts. Verify that gas testing is conducted at the required intervals and documented where applicable. Confirm that all workers are trained, competent, authorized, medically fit, and have attended the required toolbox talk before starting work. Ensure all personnel fully understand the permit requirements, hazards, control measures, and emergency procedures. Coordinate with the Permit Issuer, Construction Supervisor, HSE personnel, and work crews during permit execution. Ensure that only the work specified in the approved permit is carried out within the approved location and time period. Continuously monitor work activities to ensure compliance with permit conditions and approved work procedures. Suspend or stop work immediately whenever permit conditions change, new hazards are identified, emergency situations arise, or unsafe conditions exist. Verify that appropriate PPE is worn and remains suitable throughout the work activity. Ensure barricades, warning signs, exclusion zones, and access controls are properly established and maintained. Monitor high-risk activities including hot work, confined space entry, excavation, lifting operations, work at height, electrical work. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the work area. Maintain continuous communication with the Permit Issuer and immediately report any deviations, incidents, near misses, or changes in work conditions. Participate in daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, and shift handover meetings. Participate in incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) related to permit-controlled activities. Assist during emergency response activities by ensuring work is stopped, personnel are accounted for, and the work area is made safe. Maintain accurate permit records, gas test records, inspection checklists, and PTW documentation for auditing purposes. Participate in PTW audits, HSE inspections, and client walkthroughs to verify compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements. Ensure permits are properly closed upon completion of work and verify that the worksite is left in a safe condition. Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and non-conformances, and follow up on corrective actions until closure. <br>Responsibilities:<br><p>• Ensure the availability and adequacy of all the Supervision Consultant’s (Engineer’s) and Contractors’ HSE <br>provisions as per the requirements of this Policy, the Construction Contracts General Conditions and <br>Specifications, their HSE Plans, Employer’s HSE Requirements, and the applicable local/national and <br>international statutes, Regulations <br>• Measuring the HSE performance of the Supervision Consultant (Engineer) and Contractors and advise on the <br>actions necessary for improvement. <br>• investigating direct and root/underlying causes of accidents/incidents and advising recommendations to <br>prevent recurrence of the same <br>• Recording and following-up on any noted safety hazards and non-conformances to HSE regulators and parties <br>having jurisdiction. <br>• Coordinating with the PMC Project Manager/Construction Manager in the implementation of effective HSE <br>systems on their Projects sites. <br>• Liaison with the Employer, PMC (Hill International) and the Local/Enforcing Authorities / Municipality <br>Authorities in ensuring adherence of all parties to the HSE Requirements of their Projects. <br>• Training and inducting staff on HSE. <br>• Reviewing and approving Contractors’ HSE documents, submittals, drawings, etc to verify their suitability, <br>adequacy and conformance. <br>• Ensuring the Supervision Consultant’s (Engineer’s) and Contractors’ full compliance with the Project HSE <br>Requirements. <br>• Carrying-out scheduled and unscheduled HSE audits and inspections and reporting to the Project <br>management team on any identified non-conformances for necessary action and correction by the violating <br>party. <br>• Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals <br>and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while <br>employed by Hill. <br>• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.</p><br><br>Qualifications:<br><p>• A degree in engineering (or equivalent work experience) supplemented by relevant international certifications. <br>• Minimum 15 years’ experience in large-scale projects. <br>• Experience in managing all aspects of HSSE on projects or facilities. <br>• Knowledge of HSSE sciences/engineering systems, principles and methodologies. Extensive and <br>demonstrated knowledge of national and international HSSE laws/regulations and regulatory/resource <br>agencies permitting processes and responsibilities, industry standards for HSSE compliance and best <br>management practices for minimizing potential HSSE impacts during project execution. Knowledge of <br>technical terminology common to industrial hygiene, health physics, safety engineering, and environmental <br>compliance. <br>• Ability to deal effectively with HSSE matters with contractors/subcontractors or consultants during <br>construction. <br>• Ability to prepare reports related to HSSE activities in the projects <br>• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. <br>Responsibilities:<br><p>• Developing and getting ratified department operating structure and department operating processes and <br>procedures based on the PMM processes and procedures. <br>• Ensuring Functional compliance for awarded contracts in the areas of: <br>o Performance <br>o Guarantees <br>o Invoicing and payment <br>o Change management <br>o Claims <br>o Preliminary and final handover <br>o Defects and warranty <br>o Close-out <br>• Maintaining functional responsibility for contract administrators assigned to Clusters and Business units. <br>• Assessing the capability of Client’s existing contracts staff and recommend appropriate roles and <br>responsibilities. <br>• Preparing the Contracts Management Section knowledge transfer program which includes comprehensive on<br>the-job learning. <br>• Review change requests and claims and recommend for Approval. <br>• Supporting other departments with contracts formation and management services (i.e. templates for <br>consultants services contracts, General Engineering Services contracts, etc.). <br>• NWC’s consolidated list of approved contractors, consultants and suppliers. <br>• Support NWC in reviewing commercial part of the bid packages. <br>• Monitor the adherence of contract to the government and client’s contractual and procurement regulations. <br>• Ensure proper implementation of projects close out processes and procedure according to PMM. <br>• Review project suspension and withdrawal requests and recommend for approval. <br>• Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals <br>and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while <br>employed by Hill. <br>• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.</p><br><br>Qualifications:<br><p>• Bachelor in engineering from an accredited university. <br>• Minimum 20 years’ experience in contracts management including overall responsibility for contract <br>management on large-scale projects. <br>• Experience with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law . <br>• Direct experience of managing workload distribution, execution of work and personnel management. Formation <br>and administration of (sub) contracts: pre-qualification, compilation of bid requests, receipt of bids, bid <br>evaluation, award, monitoring contractor performance, back charges, resolution of claims and disputes. <br>• Technical and administrative knowledge of engineering/ construction industry contracting practices, <br>government and commercial procurement regulations and practices, policies, procedures and work practices. <br>• Demonstrated experience in pricing, contract law, contract drafting, administration and negotiation of change <br>orders, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling. <br>• Thorough knowledge of prime contracts management administration as well as (sub) contract formation and <br>administration, execution office and field procedures and documents relating to a multi discipline construction <br>project. <br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. <br>• Preferable Experience of working in KSA. </p><br> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">

<p>We are seeking an experienced Corporate Senior Quality Risk Management Supervisor to lead risk-based quality oversight across pharmaceutical manufacturing sites, projects, and facility upgrades.</p><p>The successful candidate will have proven experience in a multinational, EU GMP, or US FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, with strong expertise in Quality Risk Management, Compliance, qualification, validation, and project execution.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Design, maintain and ensure implementation of harmonized corporate policies and tools related to Quality risk management</li><li>Ensure alignment with ICH Q9/Q9(R1), ISPE, EU GMP, US FDA expectations, Annex 1, contamination control, data integrity, and GxP computerized-system requirements. </li><li>Design and implement a certification process for QRM champions across corporate functions and sites</li><li>Assess all Quality management systems and ensure that Risk management is embedded with the process and systems such as non-conformance, change management, internal audits, investigations, supplier qualification etc.</li><li>Ensure that all major systems are assessed for any potential risk of failures and the appropriate risk mitigation actions are identified, implemented and effective.</li><li> Leading QRM activities for major projects such as new facilities, and new lines</li><li>Develop and execute remediation plans with clear milestones, accountable owners, risk controls, effectiveness checks, and sustainable closure.</li><li>Support quality transformation programs focused on:</li><li>Simplification and harmonization of global quality processes.</li><li>Strengthening quality culture and management ownership.</li><li>Digital QMS, risk-based workflows, data analytics, and performance dashboards.</li><li>Improved right-first-time performance, inspection readiness, and operational resilience</li><li>Facilitate and review risk-based assessments.</li><li>Support risk assessments for deviations, CAPA, change controls, OOS/OOT investigations, complaints, recurring events, and inspection readiness.</li><li>Promote responsible adoption of digital QRM/eQMS tools, analytics and dashboards, AI-assisted risk identification, digital validation, automation, smart manufacturing, and sustainable facility design, with appropriate governance, validation, human oversight, and data-integrity controls.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Experience and Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline.</li><li>Typically, +12 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience in Quality, Validation, Engineering, Technical Operations, or GMP projects.</li><li>Proven experience leading and governance of QRM activities within a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, preferably a multinational, EU GMP, or US FDA-regulated company.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with new facilities, major facility upgrades, new production or packaging lines, critical utilities, and technology transfer projects.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of GMP, pharmaceutical quality systems, validation, contamination control, data integrity, and risk-based decision-making.</li><li>Experience in sterile, aseptic, biologics, non-sterile, high potent & other highly regulated manufacturing is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent facilitation, technical writing, stakeholder-management, influencing, and cross-site leadership skills.</li></ul>
