Develop and execute a strategic business and sales plan for the assigned territory, with clear targets, activity plans and performance metrics. Conduct regular internal meetings to set goals, review performance and align on priorities with the Head of Business Development and relevant stakeholders. Prepare and submit accurate and timely monthly sales and pipeline reports through the company’s systems and reporting tools. Research client and market needs, including emerging sectors (e.g., e‑commerce and digital businesses), to identify opportunities for new solutions and enhancements to existing offerings. Gather, analyze and communicate client feedback to inform service delivery improvements and product innovation. Identify and pursue leads through existing customer networks, industry events and market intelligence; negotiate terms and placements in line with Aon’s commercial guidelines. Monitor competitor activities, regulatory developments and broader market trends in the Central Region to identify risks and opportunities. Create and implement effective action plans for lead generation, prospecting and campaigns, working closely with Marketing where appropriate. Coordinate and execute local marketing initiatives, seminars and client events in support of the business development strategy. Maintain accurate, complete and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, opportunities and client interactions within the CRM system and other required tools. Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals; support and coordinate proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses and contract renewals. Uphold and promote adherence to Aon policies, procedures, compliance requirements and ethical standards in all client and internal interactions. Coordinate closely with the Riyadh Branch Manager and service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, handover and ongoing service delivery.<br>Required Skills and Competencies Strong business development and sales planning capabilities, with a focus on new business acquisition. REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLEExperience & qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Exercise Science, Business Administration, Management, or any related field. Professional fitness certifications from recognized bodies such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent are preferred. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fitness, personal training, gym operations, or similar service-based environments. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a supervisory, managerial, or multi-site fitness role. Experience in Personal Training sales, revenue management, trainer development, and PT service quality is preferred. Experience in a multi-branch gym, fitness, wellness, sports, hospitality, retail, or customer-service-driven environment is preferred. Practical experience in developing PT programs, monitoring trainer performance, and improving PT business results. Strong understanding of fitness operations, PT commercial models, member experience, and trainer productivity. Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC fitness markets is an advantage. JOB PURPOSE: The candidate will assist the KSA CRO and Risk Management Department (“KSA RMD”) to provide day-to-day risk oversight of all activities within Operational Risk in the branch and the agreed area within FAB Capital under the outsourcing agreement, this covers ensuring maturity of a strong risk culture and governance framework. Verify the correct calibration and functioning of electronic weighing devices and testing equipment. Record inspection data in the quality system and flag deviations for corrective action. Ensure rejected or defective cylinders are properly segregated and documented.<br>Coordinate and Resolve Quality Issues Collaborate with the production line supervisor to immediately address and resolve quality issues affecting operations. Support in root cause analysis for recurring quality problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
