Development Manager – Logistics & Industrial Projects Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia<br>Our client, a leading real estate developer, is seeking an experienced Development Manager to join their growing Development team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the planning and delivery of logistics, industrial, and large-scale mixed-use developments, managing projects from initial concept through to successful completion.<br>The successful candidate will play a key role in driving development strategy, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with commercial objectives.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead the development process from project inception through design, approvals, construction, and final delivery.
