Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency throughout electrical construction activities across the villa development. Provide on-site electrical technical support as required, in line with overall project objectives.<br>Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:BSc or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering. At least 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in large-scale residential, villa, mixed-use, infrastructure, or master-planned development projects. Previous experience working on large-scale villa or residential development projects is highly desirable. Strong experience in LV/MV electrical networks and electrical distribution systems. Good knowledge of electrical infrastructure, substations, transformers, switchgear, cabling, and associated distribution systems. Expertise in electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning processes. Solid experience in site supervision, ensuring adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards. A strong understanding of electrical safety requirements within construction environments. Proven experience in electrical systems and related electrical specialties within large-scale construction projects. Excellent technical knowledge related to electrical systems installation, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Experience coordinating electrical works with civil, architectural, mechanical, utilities, and other engineering disciplines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities with minimal supervision. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address challenges in a timely manner.
