In-depth knowledge of topographic surveys, setting out, benchmarks, control points, levels, coordinates, alignment checks, and as-built surveys.
Proficiency in using total stations, GPS/GNSS, digital levels, survey software, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and data processing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail in reviewing survey information and construction records.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with contractors, engineers, designers, and document control teams.
