Build and develop sustainable relationships with Consultants, Contractors, Developers, End Users, and promote visibility of Siemens to local networks. Actively drive the projects with all stakeholders throughout the whole sales process. Develop projects pipeline for Siemens and channel partners and ensure right selection and solution. Provide technical expertise on customer application requirements, specify Siemens optimized solution offerings and educate partners and customers on the latest Siemens technologies & technical features. Support customers in evaluation and definition of Siemens products’ technology and constraints. Increase market awareness on both company and products via promotional events and roadshows. Plan and conduct technical product presentations, seminars, and customers workshops. Drive and secure the required products approvals and prequalification. Support the partners in products selection, systems configuration, and submittals preparation. Reply to the daily sales and technical queries from partners and other customers. Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid! Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles fulfilling the functions of sales, marketing, and technical support. Advanced technical knowledge about electrical networks and low voltage products and systems. Proven experience in channel partners business in low voltage, power, and control products. Strong presentation skills and market intelligence knowledge. Professional experience in managing first & second layers of channel partners. Strong ability for working in a team environment as a team player and a team leader. Critical and strategic thinking along with high product and market analysis skills.
