Ensure scaffolding work is carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and applicable safety standards. Read and interpret scaffold drawings and work plans. Inspect scaffolding materials and ensure only approved materials are used. Allocate tasks, monitor work progress, and maintain productivity. Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure workers use the required personal protective equipment (PPE). Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and safety officers to support project requirements. Maintain records of scaffold inspections and report any safety concerns immediately. Ensure housekeeping and safe work practices are maintained at all times. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scaffolder Foreman in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection techniques, and safety standards. Ability to supervise and manage a team of scaffolders. Good communication and leadership skills. Scaffolding certification is preferred. Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia. <p>Carry out all planned preventive maintenance activities, repairing and servicing all mechanical equipment and systems essential to drilling operations considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.</p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Troubleshooting and Repairs:</strong> Collaborates with Senior Mechanics in identifying and resolving mechanical issues by conducting tests, inspections, and troubleshooting procedures. Promptly reports any equipment damage or faults to rig supervisors. Maintain rig equipment & repair mechanical problems, faults and malfunctions in mechanical equipment and systems, utilizing diagnostic tools, equipment manuals and technical documentation to fix complex mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions to restore functionality and minimize downtime.</p><p><strong>Equipment Maintenance & Operations:</strong> Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment as per the planned maintenance schedule, and/or as directed by Senior Mechanic. Perform the maintenance, repair and servicing of mechanical equipment on the rig, including engines, generators, pumps, compressors, cranes and hydraulic systems, to ensure optimal performance of the rig. Assist in Maintaining and repairing power plants and monitor power distribution ensure power is always available. Install new equipment as per regulatory and company standards including paying attention to MOC requirements. Utilize the Maintenance System for tracking, monitoring and managing the maintenance and performance of equipment within the rig.</p><p><strong>Materials & Equipment:</strong> Maintain an adequate supply of spare parts, consumables and supplies to fulfil maintenance requirements and facilitate a safe and efficient operation.</p><p><strong>Rig Move:</strong> Performs related duties to prepare the rig for towing, ensure all mechanical equipment is correctly secured maintaining the integrity and reliability of the mechanical systems and equipment throughout prior, during and after the rig move.</p><p><strong>Housekeeping:</strong> Ensures that workshops and machinery spaces are clean and organized, free of hazards prior to & upon completion of the work tasks, or repairs. Disposes debris as per the company s hazardous material segregations policy and as per waste management policy taking into consideration the environmental & safety aspects.</p><p><strong>Client Management:</strong> Maintain an effective working relationship with other departments, third party personnel and Client Representatives.</p><p><strong>Reporting & Documentation:</strong> Record and report all mechanical maintenance activities, equipment inspections, repairs and spare parts inventory in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
