Supervisor – Contracts, Billing & Collections<br>Role Overview The Supervisor – Contracts, Billing & Collections reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for managing the commercial lifecycle of projects from contract award through final collection. The role ensures timely client approvals, milestone certifications, billing, collection of receivables, and resolution of commercial disputes. It also acts as the company's commercial representative until project management ownership is established, and continues supporting project teams in contractual and commercial matters.<br>Key Responsibilities Contract Handover & Project Initiation Receive project handover from Sales immediately after contract award. Financial Reporting Lead – International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)<br>Summary <br>To lead and oversee the University’s financial reporting function and team, ensuring the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely, and IFRS-compliant financial information. The role is responsible for group reporting, including the preparation of separate and consolidated financial statements, and provides technical leadership on complex accounting matters. The position supports effective monthly and year-end close and audit processes, while driving continuous improvement across financial reporting processes, controls, and systems.<br>Responsibilities Lead and oversee annual and periodic financial closing processes for KAUST. Prepare KAUST's separate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Lead group consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments. Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities, including preparation of audit schedules, responding to audit queries, and addressing audit findings. Lead, mentor, and develop financial reporting team members, supporting capability building, knowledge transfer, and succession planning. Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex accounting matters within the Finance Division and to other stakeholders. Oversee control accounts’ reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items. Review and enhance the financial reporting process, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, and internal controls. Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks, accounting policies, procedures, processes, and other governance requirements. Support ERP (SAP) reporting and consolidation enhancements, system improvements, and reporting automation initiatives. Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and ad hoc reporting for senior management and key stakeholders. Full or partial completion of a recognized professional accountancy qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is required.<br>Experience Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in a complex organization. Proven experience in group financial reporting and preparation of consolidated financial statements. Strong experience in month-end and year-end close processes and audit coordination. Experience with ERP accounting systems, preferably SAP. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS Word, Power Point). Prior experience leading or supervising team members is highly desirable. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, business, and system processes. Experience in financial modeling and analysis tools.
Basic Scope of Job:To lead and manage the writing and production of bids and quotations in response to expressions of Interest (EOIs), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs) or Request for Proposals (RFPs) from potential customers. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Reviews, interprets, clarifies doctor s medications orders and verifies all orders doses, duration and checks for potential drug-to-drug interaction and clinical indication. Communicates with ordering doctor in case of any ambiguity or concern. Oversees the preparation of the verified medications, performs double-checking and review of proper labeling for the prepared medications and then dispenses. Calculates the amount of the drug product to dispense for a prescription based upon body weight and patient age. Performs computer entry of outside prescriptions or orders into CPOE of Fakeeh Care HIS before dispensing. Ensures prompt and timely calling of patients to dispensing windows and aims at reducing patients waiting time to the minimum possible. Counsels the patients and caregivers on the proper & safe use of medication, storage, and interactions, etc. Follows all medication safety procedures when dispensing medications. Maintains inventory control & security of all drugs, record keeping and secured storage of narcotics and controlled medications. Identifies and appropriately handles the nearly expired medications according to Fakeeh Care policies and NEVER dispenses a medication beyond its expiry date. Properly completes charging of patients for dispensed medications. Demonstrates knowledge of proper storage & handling of hazardous materials found in her/him workplace, as well as first aid measures necessary for accidental exposure.
