Accounts Payable Management:</strong><br>- Oversee the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate<br>processing of invoices.<br>- Manage vendor payment runs and ensure adherence to payment terms and internal<br>policies.<br>- Perform detailed invoice matching against purchase orders and receipts.<br><strong>2. Vendor Management:</strong><br>- Maintain vendor master data and ensure all documentation is accurate and<br>compliant.<br>- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and dispute resolution.<br>- Evaluate vendor performance and support procurement in contract negotiations<br>where necessary.<br>- Perform vendor statement reconciliations regularly to ensure ledger accuracy.<br><strong>3. Compliance & Reporting:</strong><br>- Ensure compliance with VAT and withholding tax regulations regarding vendor payments.<br>- Maintain strict internal controls over disbursements to prevent fraud.<br>- Support month-end close by managing AP accruals and aging reports.<br> <br> Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<br>- A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or a related technical field.<br>- 3+ years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable, vendor management, and P2P processes.<br>- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite) and advanced<br>Excel modeling.<br>- Proven expertise in vendor statement reconciliation and AP automation initiatives.<br>- Deep understanding of Saudi tax laws, including VAT and Withholding Tax.<br>- Competence in using Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.<br>- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<br>- Excellent organizational and time management skills.<br>- Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.<br>- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports.<br>- Effective communication skills for vendor and internal interactions.<br> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
