Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources Specialist role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The specialist manages end-to-end HR operations, including overseeing employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, performance management coordination, and offboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures, administering employee benefits, handling personnel records, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The role also involves advising managers on HR matters, supporting employee relations, facilitating HR-related training, and contributing to HR projects that improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in overseeing core HR functions. Proficiency in developing, implementing, and interpreting HR Policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements. Experience administering Employee Benefits, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution. Demonstrated skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations, performance support, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations; experience working in Riyadh or the broader Saudi market is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and levels. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are a plus.
