Key Responsibilities• Lead end to end delivery of a complex cards transformation program across multiple workstreams.• Drive cards strategy across consumer, corporate and SME segments, including CVM, portfolio optimization, spend growth, activation and profitability.• Oversee product launches, CVP enhancements, loyalty and rewards, digital enablement and customer journey improvements.• Establish program governance, manage risks, dependencies, issues and executive reporting.• Develop business cases, analytics, market assessments and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.• Lead cross functional teams across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance and analytics.• Manage testing, readiness, go live, stabilization and benefit realization.• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and drive measurable commercial, customer and operational outcomes. Mandatory Requirements• 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting, cards/payments or financial services transformation.• Strong experience leading complex, multi workstream transformation or consulting programs.• Strong cards expertise covering consumer, corporate and SME cards, CVM and portfolio management.• Experience with product launches, digital banking, analytics and performance optimization.• Strong C level stakeholder management and consulting skills.• Knowledge of SAMA regulations and the Saudi payments landscape.• Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.• Bachelor’s degree required.• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent certification is preferred.
Role Overview To own the technical pre-sales function for Cloud Solutions, driving solution innovation, proposal competitiveness, and win-rate across the cloud opportunity portfolio.<br>Main Responsibilities Own the end-to-end presales strategy for the new client lifecycle, from opportunity development through awarded. Own ERP proposal governance, ensuring approvals, PO/contract receipt, and project registration standards. Drive Sales enablement strategy across opportunity shaping, technical qualification, and proposal development. Act as the primary point of accountability for lifecycle performance, ensuring consistent quality and value realization pre-sale through post-delivery. Own integration of Cloud Customer Engagement and Solution Excellence into a unified customer strategy. Define and monitor win-rate KPIs and competitiveness benchmarks against the market. Drive contribution to new cloud product and offering development based on market needs and industry-tailored offerings. Lead cross-functional coordination with Cloud Services, Cloud Solutions, Commercial, and Account Management.<br>Key Deliverables Executed department-wide presales strategy across the opportunity portfolio. Improved win-rate and proposal competitiveness against the market. Consistent, accountable lifecycle performance pre-sale through post-delivery. Cloud product development contributions aligned to market needs.<br>Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.10+ years of relevant experience in cloud solutions, technical pre-sales, solution architecture.
