Bechtel has been involved over the last 80 years in some of the world’s busiest and most complex airport projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield developments. In the GCC, we have held significant roles on King Khalid, King Fahad, Dubai, Hamad, and Muscat international airports. Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company has been appointed to provide project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial, and construction management) for the development of a state of the art international airport in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Job Summary:
This position is for a Document Controller supporting the KSIA Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Project Document Manager, the role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and plays a key part in maintaining effective document management practices across the project. The Document Controller is responsible for coordinating document workflows, ensuring compliance with established governance procedures, enhancing data accuracy, and supporting the overall document and records management process. This position requires a strong understanding of document control systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely and accurate documentation flow.
Major Responsibilities:
- Serves as a member of the document management team to support Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) such as Aconex and Unifier, and other associated tools
- Assists in determining requirements/expectations for integration, and with preparing a plan to provide ongoing support
- Utilizes standard Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS), archival/retention management systems, and/or SaaS applications to register, control, distribute, transmit and archive project records?
- Design, implement, and refine document control processes and workflows across project

<span>Job Description: Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Government Relations Sealy Mattress Middle East (Middle East Mattress Factory Co.<br>) is seeking a highly experienced, well-connected Public Relations Officer (PRO / Government Relations Officer) to manage and streamline our external corporate affairs.<br> Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia , you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and all regulatory bodies, ministerial authorities, and municipal offices.<br> Role Overview As a Senior PRO, you will be responsible for ensuring complete regulatory compliance, handling legal corporate documentation, and maintaining strong strategic relationships with Saudi government agencies.<br> Your expertise will directly support our manufacturing plant, retail showrooms, and corporate workforce operations in alignment with the latest Kingdom labor and commercial policies.<br> Key Responsibilities Government Liaison: Serve as the official corporate representative and build strong working relationships with key entities, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) , Ministry of Commerce (MOC) , General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) , and the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce .<br> Workforce Licensing & Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end processing of all employee documentation, including Muqeem and Qiwa operations, work permits, Iqama renewals, visas (exit/re-entry, business, work), and Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance.<br> Corporate Licensing: Manage the prompt renewal of all commercial registrations (CR), municipality licenses (Baladiya), civil defense certificates, and industrial permits for our facilities.<br> Problem Resolution: Navigate complex administrative hurdles, clear Customs delays, and resolve labor disputes or regulatory violations swiftly to minimize business disruption.<br> Regulatory Advising: Keep executive leadership updated on changing Saudi labor laws, commercial laws, and industrial rules to ensure proactive corporate adaptation.<br> Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Requirements & Qualifications Nationality: Saudi National (strictly required).<br> Location: Must permanently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia , with a deep familiarity of local government branch offices.<br> Experience: Minimum of 8 years of direct experience working as a PRO / Government Relations Officer within a major manufacturing, retail, or corporate environment.<br> Education: Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.<br> Skills: Proficient in using online government portals (Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, Madad, Balady, Saber).<br> Exceptional negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.<br> Languages: Native fluency in Arabic with a professional command of written and spoken English.<br> Mobility: Must possess a valid Saudi driving license and a personal vehicle for daily visits to government agencies.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">

<span>We are looking for a Government Relations (GRO) professional with strong hands-on experience in customs clearance and government procedures to manage and coordinate the clearance of imported shipments.<br> The role will primarily focus on customs clearance procedures, particularly for shipments imported from China, while also coordinating with relevant government authorities, port authorities, transport, and traffic departments to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.<br> The candidate will handle a variety of cargo, including chemicals, aluminum, equipment, and other imported materials.<br> Hands-on experience with the FASAH platform is mandatory.<br> Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate end-to-end customs clearance procedures for imported shipments.<br> Handle customs clearance processes for shipments arriving primarily from China.<br> Process and follow up on shipments through the FASAH platform.<br> Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of customs and import documentation.<br> Coordinate with customs and port authorities to facilitate timely shipment clearance.<br> Maintain strong working relationships with relevant government authorities, particularly in Yanbu.<br> Coordinate with the Transport General Authority (TGA) and Traffic Department regarding transportation permits, movement approvals, and escort requirements when applicable.<br> Follow up on customs inspections, approvals, releases, and any issues that may delay shipment clearance.<br> Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal project teams.<br> Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and applicable import procedures.<br> Resolve customs and government-related issues efficiently and ensure timely follow-up.<br> Maintain accurate records of government transactions, customs documentation, and shipment status.<br> Provide regular updates to the Project Management Leader regarding clearance progress and any potential delays.<br> 2–5 years of relevant experience in Government Relations, Customs Clearance, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Import & Export.<br> Strong practical knowledge of Saudi customs clearance procedures.<br> Mandatory hands-on experience with the FASAH platform.<br> Experience handling imported shipments, preferably from China.<br> Experience dealing with different types of cargo, including chemicals, aluminum, equipment, or similar goods.<br> Previous experience dealing with Saudi customs and port authorities.<br> Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.<br> Excellent attention to detail, particularly in documentation and data handling.<br> Ability to manage multiple shipments and follow up on time-sensitive clearance procedures.<br> Previous experience in an industrial environment is preferred but not mandatory.<br> Established working relationships with government authorities in Yanbu, particularly port, transport, and traffic authorities, are highly preferred.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
