<b>Join Hyatt Place Al Ula as a Pastry Chef!</b><br>We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pastry Chef to support the opening of Hyatt Place Al Ula, a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion with 215 guestrooms and various amenities. <br><br><b>Your Role:</b><br>As a Pastry Chef, you’ll take the lead in pastry operations, ensuring the highest quality, creativity, and presentation across all offerings.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Lead daily pastry and bakery operations</li><li>Create desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods</li><li>Develop seasonal pastry menus</li><li>Maintain consistency in taste and presentation</li><li>Monitor hygiene and safety procedures</li><li>Manage inventory and cost control</li><li>Train and mentor the pastry team</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen</li><li>Support pre-opening kitchen setup</li></ul><br><b>Qualifications:</b><br>- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in hotels or high-end restaurants<br>- Strong expertise in pastry production and dessert presentation<br>- Creativity and passion for modern pastry techniques<br>- Good leadership and team management skills<br>- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment<br>- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards<br>- Excellent organizational and time management abilities<br>- Strong communication skills in English<br>- Pre-opening experience is a plus.
