Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high quality products, solutions, and services. <p>Project Overview:
Bechtel has been involved over the last 80 years in some of the world’s busiest and most complex airport projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield developments. In the GCC, we have held significant roles on King Khalid, King Fahad, Dubai, Hamad, and Muscat international airports. Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company has been appointed to provide project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial, and construction management) for the development of a state of the art international airport in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. King Salman International Airport will have a capacity of up to 120 million travellers by 2030 and 185 million travellers by 2050, and the capacity to process up to 3.5 million tons of cargo by 2050. Bechtel will provide PMC services for three new terminals; Terminal 6 is a new build ‘low cost carrier’ – hyper efficient terminal with gross floor area of ?450,000m2, capacity of 20mppa; Iconic Terminal is a new build ‘new concept’ terminal with gross floor area of ? 1M m2, capacity of 40 to 45 mppa, and Private Aviation Terminal and hangars for VIPs and business jet passengers.
Job Summary:
This position is for a Document Controller supporting the KSIA Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Project Document Manager, the role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and plays a key part in maintaining effective document management practices across the project. The Document Controller is responsible for coordinating document workflows, ensuring compliance with established governance procedures, enhancing data accuracy, and supporting the overall document and records management process. This position requires a strong understanding of document control systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely and accurate documentation flow.
Major Responsibilities:
- Serves as a member of the document management team to support Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) such as Aconex and Unifier, and other associated tools
