About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Operations Director to lead our Saudi Arabia operations based in Riyadh. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire warehousing, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain across the region. You will drive operational excellence, build a high-performing local team, and act as the key interface between the Saudi team and our headquarters in China, while ensuring full compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Operations Management Develop and execute the overall operational strategy for the Saudi region, continuously optimizing warehousing, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain processes to achieve a highly efficient and cost-effective operating model. Oversee all warehousing operations (including 4PL/3PL management, inventory control, and warehouse safety) and logistics operations (cross-border transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery), ensuring service quality meets both company and client standards. Team Leadership & Development Build and lead a high-performing operations team, nurture local management talent, and conduct regular operational meetings to foster collaboration and ensure goal alignment across the team. Qualifications Education:Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CLTD) are a strong plus. Experience:Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, with at least 5 years in a team leadership/management role. Proven experience in large-scale warehousing and logistics operations, with a solid understanding of 4PL/3PL models and cross-border supply chain processes. Experience in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred. Technical Skills:Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and data analysis tools. We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to support accurate product costing, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
