Handle escalated guest inquiries, complaints, and reservation-related issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction. Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements to operational efficiency and revenue performance. Monitor team productivity, reservation accuracy, and service quality through regular audits and performance reviews. Assist with forecasting, occupancy reports, and reservation statistics to support business planning. Train, onboard, mentor, and develop Reservations Agents to enhance product knowledge, reservation procedures, communication skills, and selling techniques. Ensure compliance with departmental policies, standard operating procedures, data privacy requirements, and quality standards. Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information at all times. Support departmental budgeting objectives by optimizing operational efficiency and minimizing reservation errors. The Junior Electrical Engineer supports the delivery of electrical works by assisting in the review, coordination, and implementation of design and construction activities on site. Working under the guidance of the Senior Electrical Engineer and reporting to the Design Manager, the role contributes to shop drawing reviews, site inspections, technical documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role is primarily site-focused, with responsibility for resolving day-to-day construction issues and supporting technical workflows.
