What This Role IsMost growth hires either pitch ideas or run campaigns. This role needs both: someone who can build a referral loop, brief a creator, and still tell you exactly how many leads came in last week and where they got stuck. It’s not a marketing seat. It’s the person who owns Atheal’s growth engine end to end.
Growth at Atheal spans inbound, outbound, referrals, affiliates, community partnerships, content, and brand: one connected system, not a set of disconnected channels. This role owns it end to end: bringing the right people in, turning them into members, building the loops and partnerships that bring more people in on their own, and keeping the brand premium and credible the whole way through.
The role stays close to execution: running experiments, writing outreach, managing creators, learningfrom every member conversation. As the function’s scope grows, so does the room to build and lead the team behind it.
About Atheal Atheal is a personal health intelligence platform built for Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We combinecomprehensive biomarker testing, deep medical expertise, and consumer-grade product design to help people understand their health before problems emerge. Backed by Sanabil Studio by Redesign Health.
What You’ll Own• Full-funnel acquisition. Improve how leads come in, own the path from first contact through signup rather than just the first click, build proactive outreach that reaches the right people without feeling like spam, and create referral loops from members, their families, doctors and coaches, and the communities around them.• Affiliates, ambassadors, and community partnerships. Identify and manage affiliates andambassadors who drive real demand, not just traffic, and build relationships with gyms, wellnessstudios, clinics, creators, premium communities, and corporate wellness groups who can bring the right members in.• Content and creators. Turn member questions, founder insight, and health education into content people actually trust. Run the creators who help produce it: briefs, follow-ups, approvals, and holding the work to a real quality bar.• Brand stewardship. Every growth channel reflects on Atheal’s name. Keep all of it, campaigns, content, partnerships, feeling premium, Saudi-relevant, and credible, never cheap, spammy, orfear-based.• Growth operations. Track what’s working and what isn’t, and run a weekly rhythm that turns that into a real report, not a status update.
What Strong Looks Like Here• You live in the funnel, not just the narrative. Ask how many leads came in last week, whichchannel they came from, what converted, and what it cost to acquire them, and you already know. You notice a missed follow-up before anyone has to tell you.• You build systems, not just campaigns. A channel that only works because you’re personallypushing it isn’t finished. Strong here means turning something messy and early into a repeatableloop someone else could eventually run.• You protect the brand while you move fast. Growth at a trust-sensitive health company can’tfeel cheap, spammy, over-medicalized, or fear-based. You know the difference between confident and pushy, and you default to confident.
You May Be a Good Fit If You• Have built or run a growth channel, inbound, referral, affiliate, or community, from something close to scratch, not just executed a plan someone else designed.• Have real experience managing creators, affiliates, or partners: briefing them, following up, andholding the work to a quality bar.• Are comfortable working directly with founders and advisors, at the pace of an early-stage company.• Communicate fluently in both Arabic and English, with real copywriting instinct in both, andunderstand Saudi consumer behavior well enough to know what reads as trustworthy versus what reads as pushy.• Have roughly 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. This is a working default given the role’s scope, and it is open to adjusting for the right person.• No formal degree required. What you’ve built and shipped matters more than where you studied.• Strong plus. A background in a consumer startup, health or wellness, fitness, clinics, DTC or e-commerce, performance marketing, community growth, partnerships, affiliate or creatormanagement, lifecycle or CRM, or brand-growth, and prior experience in another trust-sensitivecategory like health or finance.
What This Isn’t• Not a regular marketing manager or social media role. This spans inbound, outbound, referrals, affiliates, partnerships, content, and brand, not one channel.• Not a seat for ideas alone. This is a hands-on builder who ships, tests, and can point to what the numbers actually said.• Not growth at any cost. Atheal is a trust-sensitive health brand, so nothing here trades credibility for a short-term lift.
Why This Matters Preventive health in the Gulf is still mostly reactive: people find out something is wrong after it’s already a problem. Getting the right people to Atheal, and earning their trust once they arrive, is what starts to change that. Growth done carelessly erodes exactly the trust this category depends on. Growth done right is what lets Atheal reach more people who need it, without ever feeling like it’s chasing them.
Apply If you’re excited about building the growth engine behind one of the GCC’s most ambitious consumer health companies, we’d love to hear from you.
