<p>The MENAT Strategic Initiatives team drives cross-region programs in the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey that accelerate cloud adoption, deepen customer engagement, and create measurable market impact. In alignment with Saudi Vision 2030's goals for economic diversification, digital transformation, and local talent development, we are expanding our presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<br>We are looking for a Program Manager based in KSA who is hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, and can operate independently across multiple workstreams. This role requires daily interaction with senior leadership (Directors, VPs) and external stakeholders (C-suite customers, government officials, partners). You will be at the centre of execution, not observing from the sidelines.<br>A key aspect of this role is the ability to influence without authority. You will work across sales, professional services, partner, marketing, and public sector teams—none of which report to you—yet you will need to drive them towards shared outcomes. This requires earning trust, communicating with precision, and holding teams accountable through clarity rather than hierarchy.<br>You will be responsible for articulating program progress, risks, and decisions to leadership in a way that is concise, data-informed, and actionable. Whether it is a weekly business review, a campaign readout, an executive briefing, or a government engagement, you will connect strategy to execution for your stakeholders.<br>Key job responsibilities<br>Program Planning & Execution<br>• Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and delivery timelines for cross-region initiatives with a focus on KSA market priorities<br>• Build and maintain program plans and governance frameworks that keep complex programs on track<br>• Drive end-to-end delivery from ideation through launch, iteration, and scale<br>• Proactively identify risks and blockers, escalate early, and propose mitigation paths<br>• Coordinate with local KSA stakeholders, government entities, and regulatory bodies to ensure program compliance and alignment with national priorities<br>Stakeholder Engagement & Influence<br>• Engage with senior internal leaders (Directors, GMs, VPs) and external executives—including Saudi government officials and C-suite customers—to drive alignment on priorities and resources<br>• Navigate matrixed organisations to build consensus and secure commitments without direct authority<br>• Serve as the connective tissue between sales, professional services, partner, marketing, and public sector teams<br>• Represent the team in cross-functional forums, leadership reviews, and customer-facing engagements<br>• Build and maintain relationships with Saudi public sector entities, semi-government organisations, and strategic partners<br>Communication & Reporting<br>• Facilitate leadership reporting by producing crisp, data-driven status updates, dashboards, and narrative documents (e.g. weekly business reviews, MBRs, QBRs)<br>• Translate complex program details into clear executive summaries appropriate for VP-level and above<br>• Document decisions, action items, and follow-ups; drive accountability across teams<br>• Write compelling narratives (6-pagers, PR/FAQs, strategy documents) aligned to Amazon's writing culture<br>Operational Excellence<br>• Establish scalable mechanisms such as cadences, templates, tooling, and reporting frameworks that increase team velocity<br>• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes where applicable<br>• Analyse data (pipeline, coverage, program metrics) to surface insights and drive decisions<br>• Continuously improve processes through retrospectives, automation, and simplification<br>• Support Saudization targets by identifying opportunities for local talent development and knowledge transfer within program teams<br>Event & Campaign Orchestration<br>• Coordinate multi-stakeholder events, conferences, and campaigns (virtual and in-person) from planning through post-event analysis—with emphasis on KSA-based activations<br>• Manage logistics, timelines, content development, and vendor coordination<br>• Drive post-event measurement and impact reporting<br>A day in the life<br>Your focus is keeping strategic programs moving. You're the person everyone relies on to know where things stand and what's coming next. On any given day, you might be running a kick-off for a cross-regional initiative, updating timelines after a scope change, triaging incoming requests, facilitating a business review with senior leadership, or aligning with a government stakeholder on an upcoming engagement.<br>You'll work closely with sales leaders, solutions architects, partner managers, marketing, and public sector teams. Occasionally, you'll step beyond day-to-day delivery to improve how the team operates—building new workflows, streamlining intake processes, or standing up mechanisms that make collaboration easier. You will work closely with Focus Partners to build strong, strategic relationships that enhance partner engagement and maximise sales opportunities.<br>This role requires a combination of business development, relationship management, and sales execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to your partners, enabling them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to successfully position and sell Forescout solutions.<br>Success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase the percentage of pipeline and revenue generated from the channel, drive deal registration numbers, and ensure a structured and programmatic approach to partner enablement.<br>This role requires frequent travel within your region, high energy, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with partners and internal teams.<br>Channel Sales & Business Growth Manage and grow relationships with assigned channel partners, ensuring Forescout is their preferred cybersecurity vendor. Drive pipeline growth and revenue generation through partner-led sales opportunities. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and MBO targets by developing joint go-to-market plans with partners. Work closely with the regional sales teams to ensure effective collaboration between partners and Forescout direct sales. Drive deal registration and ensure partners follow a structured sales process.<br>Partner Recruitment, Enablement & Development Identify and recruit high-potential partners that align with Forescout’s channel strategy. Ensure partners are trained, certified, and capable of selling and supporting Forescout solutions. Develop tailored enablement plans for Focus Partners to drive growth. Deliver regular business reviews and joint account planning sessions with key partners.<br>Strategic Partner Engagement Prioritise Focus Partners, ensuring the majority of revenue is driven through engaged and committed channel partners. Facilitate executive engagement between key partners and Forescout leadership. Develop relationships at all levels within partner organisations, including executive, sales, technical, and marketing teams.<br>Marketing & Demand Generation Work closely with partners to drive demand generation campaigns and joint marketing initiatives. Ensure partners leverage Forescout’s marketing resources to build awareness and generate pipeline. Support regional marketing events and partner-led demand generation activities.<br>Managed Service Provider (MSP) & Distribution Support Collaborate with distributors to optimise the channel ecosystem, ensuring partners receive the support and enablement needed to succeed. Support and drive Managed Service Provider (MSP) engagement in markets where MSP models are a growth opportunity.<br>Performance Metrics & Accountability Track and report on key metrics including:% of pipeline generated through the channel% of total revenue driven through the channel Number of deal registrations and active partner opportunities Partner engagement and certification levels Ensure partners are accountable for business growth and performance expectations.<br>What You Will Bring<br>Skills & Experience Proven experience in channel sales and partner management, ideally within the cybersecurity or IT industry. This is a non operational position focused on project and design management, technical assurance, and contractor oversight on behalf of the client, ensuring that all MEP systems for stations (and associated ancillary buildings) are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with the employer s requirements, codes, and standards. The role requires approximately 10 years of experience in building or rail MEP (mechanical, electrical, public health, fire & life safety, ELV systems), including substantial experience in design management and construction supervision, ideally within a PMC, consulting engineer, or client organization.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ol><li>Client Representation & Governance Act as the primary PMC point of contact for all station MEP matters, representing the client in meetings with designers, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders. Ensure that the employer s requirements, contracts, and design briefs for station MEP systems are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented. Provide independent, objective advice and recommendations to the client on technical, program, commercial, and risk issues related to station MEP works.</li><li>Design Management & Technical Assurance Manage and oversee the full MEP design lifecycle for stations: concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC stages. Review and comment on design submissions, drawings, calculations, models, and specifications for HVAC, power distribution, lighting, fire protection, plumbing and drainage, vertical transportation, ELV/BMS, and life safety systems. Ensure design compliance with employer s requirements, project technical standards, local codes, international standards, fire and life safety regulations, and authority requirements. Chair and coordinate design review meetings, value engineering and constructability workshops, and multi discipline coordination sessions (architecture, structure, rail systems, civil). Oversee requirements management and traceability, design verification and validation, and close out of design review comments. Ensure interfaces between MEP, architecture, structure, rail systems, and station operations are identified and resolved at design stage.</li><li>Procurement & Contract Support Support the preparation and review of technical sections of tender documents, scopes of work, and employer s requirements for station MEP packages. Review and evaluate technical proposals, clarifications, and deviations from contractors and suppliers; provide recommendations to the client for award. Assist in contract negotiations and post award technical clarifications with MEP contractors and key vendors.</li><li>Construction Phase Management & Site Oversight From a PMC perspective, oversee and manage construction and installation activities for station MEP systems, ensuring alignment with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor contractor construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource planning for MEP works; challenge and improve where needed. Coordinate resolution of site technical issues and RFIs in collaboration with design consultants and contractors. Track and manage MEP interfaces with civil works, finishes, systems integration, and other trades to avoid clashes and rework. Monitor compliance with project HSE requirements during MEP construction activities, and support the client s HSE objectives.</li><li>Testing, Commissioning & Handover Support Review and approve, on behalf of the client, testing and commissioning strategies, plans, procedures, and integrated test schedules for station MEP systems. Monitor execution of pre commissioning, functional performance tests, integrated systems testing, and life safety commissioning through reports and selective site attendance. Review test results, non conformance reports, and snag lists; ensure timely rectification and closure by contractors. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and systems teams to ensure that MEP systems meet handover, operability, maintainability, and life cycle requirements. Oversee completion and quality of as built documentation, O&M manuals, training materials, and handover deliverables.</li><li>Program, Cost & Risk Management Manage and track station MEP design and construction activities against the approved master schedule and key milestones. Identify critical path activities and dependencies affecting MEP delivery; initiate recovery plans where schedule slippage occurs. Monitor MEP related costs, variations, and potential claims; support the client in negotiation and resolution. Maintain and regularly update risk registers for station MEP works, identifying mitigation measures and contingency plans. Provide accurate, timely progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for the client s senior management and governance committees.</li><li>Stakeholder & Authority Coordination Coordinate with client internal departments (Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Security, IT, Commercial, etc.) to ensure MEP designs and installations meet operational and business requirements. Interface with local authorities (e.g., civil defense, utility providers, building control) to support timely approvals, NOCs, inspections, and permits. Facilitate coordination between multiple design consultants, contractors, systems integrators, and third parties involved in station delivery.</li><li>Leadership, Team & Quality Management Lead and mentor a team of station MEP engineers and specialists working within the PMC team. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and proactive risk management across all MEP related activities. Ensure that robust quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes are applied to MEP design and construction deliverables. Support knowledge transfer, continuous improvement, and lessons learned across the program.</li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related Engineering discipline.</li><li>Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field is an advantage.</li><li>Professional engineering registration or chartership (CEng, PE) is highly desirable.</li><li>Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.</li><li>Minimum 10 years experience in MEP engineering for major buildings (early career) AND rail/transit stations (current & essential), with substantial design and site supervision exposure.</li><li>Significant experience working within a PMC, client organization, or international consultancy on large, multi discipline infrastructure or transportation projects.</li><li>Demonstrated track record managing station or complex building MEP packages from design through testing and commissioning.</li><li>Strong experience coordinating multi discipline designs and managing contractors and vendors.</li><li>Prior experience on rail/metro stations or other complex, public use facilities (airports, hospitals, large commercial developments) is highly advantageous.</li><li>Deep technical understanding of station MEP systems: HVAC, power distribution, emergency power, lighting, public health, fire protection, fire alarm, BMS/SCADA, ELV systems, and life safety strategies.</li><li>Strong knowledge of relevant local codes, international standards, and fire and life safety regulations.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex design and construction processes, with strong planning and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills in a multi cultural, multi discipline environment.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making capabilities, with a focus on risk and issue management.</li><li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.</li><li>Proficiency with standard project management and office tools; familiarity with BIM/Revit and common CDE/document control systems is an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is ideal</li></ul>
