OVERVIEW</strong></p><br><p>The Kids Club/Youth Club Assistant Manager supports the management and daily operation of the hotel’s Kids Club, Youth Club, and recreational activities, ensuring engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for children, teenagers, and families.</p><br><p>The role assists in leading the Recreation team, developing creative activity programs, maintaining the highest standards of safety and supervision, and delivering personalized experiences aligned with the standards of luxury hospitality.</p><br><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><br><ul><li>Assist in managing the daily operations of the Kids Club, Youth Club, and assigned recreation facilities and activities.</li><li>Supervise, guide, and support Kids Club, Youth Club, and Recreation team members during daily operations.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and implement engaging recreational, educational, creative, cultural, and entertainment programs for different age groups.</li><li>Ensure activities are age-appropriate, inclusive, safe, and delivered according to established standards.</li><li>Create memorable and personalized experiences for children, teenagers, and families.</li><li>Monitor the supervision of children and teenagers and ensure established safeguarding and safety procedures are followed at all times.</li><li>Ensure registration, sign-in, sign-out, and authorized collection procedures are properly followed.</li><li>Maintain appropriate team-to-child supervision levels during all activities.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of Kids Club, Youth Club, recreation areas, equipment, toys, and activity spaces.</li><li>Ensure all facilities and equipment are clean, safe, organized, and maintained to the highest standards.</li><li>Identify and report safety hazards, damaged equipment, maintenance requirements, or operational concerns.</li><li>Assist in preparing weekly and seasonal recreation calendars and special activity programs.</li><li>Support the organization of family activities, themed events, celebrations, and special recreational experiences.</li><li>Engage professionally with parents and guardians and provide clear information regarding activities, schedules, and safety procedures.</li><li>Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and escalate matters when required.</li><li>Assist with team scheduling, task allocation, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.</li><li>Conduct team briefings and ensure operational information and guest requirements are communicated effectively.</li><li>Monitor recreational supplies, equipment, games, and materials and coordinate replenishment requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records, attendance information, incident reports, and operational documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hotel policies, child safeguarding requirements, health and safety procedures, and applicable regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Security, and other departments to support seamless family experiences.</li><li>Support Recreation management with departmental planning, reporting, budgeting, and operational requirements.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by Recreation management.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, Sports Management, Child Development, Education, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in Kids Club, Youth Club, Recreation, Family Experience, or a similar hospitality environment.</li><li>Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.</li><li>Luxury hotel, resort, or family-focused hospitality experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Good knowledge of recreational programming and age-appropriate activities for children and teenagers.</li><li>Strong understanding of child safeguarding, supervision, health, and safety requirements.</li><li>First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts, according to hotel operations.</li></ul><br>Additional
