We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day HR operations and ensure their efficient and effective execution. The role will be responsible for implementing approved HR policies and procedures, improving the quality and flow of HR operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and supporting the achievement of the company's overall HR objectives.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>1. Policies & Compliance Update and implement the company's internal HR policies and procedures. Update the internal regulations in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD). Ensure all employees are registered in the attendance and time-tracking system. Investigate cases of lateness, early departure, and absence, and apply disciplinary actions in accordance with approved policies and applicable regulations. 2. Employee Data & Attendance Management Maintain and update complete employee records in the HR system. Monitor attendance and timekeeping on a weekly basis and notify employees and department heads of violations. Review and approve employee leave requests. Manage and archive employee files. 3. Payroll & Benefits Manage the monthly payroll cycle and process payroll inputs and outputs. Manage end-of-service benefits, employee clearances, experience certificates, and employee letters. Manage employee medical insurance in accordance with the approved insurance grade policy. Manage employee financial advances in accordance with company policies. Manage employee flight tickets in accordance with employment contracts. 4. Contracts & Employee Administration Manage employee contracts and notify the relevant department head 90 days prior to contract expiry. Monitor probation periods and notify the department head after 45 days from the employee's joining date. Ensure new employees have the required tools and resources. Issue employee badges and business cards. Manage Iqama and work permit renewals following management approval. Prepare employee transfer letters between departments. 5. Reporting & Operational Support Prepare periodic and operational reports related to workforce, payroll, leave, and employee turnover. Address employee inquiries and resolve operational HR-related issues. Support senior management in the operational aspects of performance evaluations, promotions, and rewards. 6. HR Projects & Development Lead digital transformation projects and the development of HR Information Systems (HRIS). Improve the user experience of HR systems and processes. Job Summary The Senior Project Manager, Design will lead the planning, management, and delivery of large, multidisciplinary design projects from mobilization through design development, tender, and closeout. As a strategic business partner, the role will be instrumental in translating business priorities into effective people strategies, advancing talent acquisition and development, fostering employee engagement and strengthening organizational performance.<br>Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead manpower planning and workforce analysis to anticipate future needs. Design and implement performance appraisal systems. Ensure alignment between staffing needs, succession planning, and business growth. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. Implement training needs analysis and partner with specialized professionals to deliver employee training. Organize cross-exposure opportunities between entities. Monitor onboarding quality to ensure smooth integration (e.g., medical insurance, welcome kit…) Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions. Ensure compliance with labor law and internal governance standards. Provide advisory support to management on HR and people related issues. Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly. Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives. Improve clarity and efficiency in internal communication processes. Prepare HR-related reports for senior management and regulators as required. Liaise with internal and external auditors on HR and admin-related audits. Manage all HR-related government requirements, portals, and systems (ERP, GR). Oversee office administrative tasks (office services, travel arrangements, quotations). Manage procurement for specific categories (e.g., travel, training), ensuring three-quotation rule compliance. Implement digital tools (HRIS, e-records) to improve efficiency. Benchmark HR and admin practices and propose enhancements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent in a similar field.8+ years of experience Leading a Human Resources team.
