Working with the Sales and Development teams, identify residential marketing events and the opportunities that can be leveraged via attendance and or participation. Liaise with Comms and Events teams to ensure successful participation. Ensure that relevant systems are in place that help the flow of communication across the team. Effectively manage project / business performance by planning, coordinating, delivering, evaluating and communicating as appropriate. Working in partnership with digital, creative, media, PR and social media agencies, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicate objectives KPI’s and budgets to senior management. In collaboration with the digital team, create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. In agreement with Marketing Director, set clear KPIs and objectives for direct reports and manage performance.<br>Job Requirements:<br>Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications Experienced Senior Marketing Manager with 8+ years’ experience in marketing within a top tier real estate or development company Experience in the luxury, UHNWI and HNWI sectors desired A proven track record in brand/creative development and execution in B2C essential and preferably B2BStrong leadership and management skills to drive employee engagement, development and performance Experience with and a good level of understanding of market research An understanding of media industry trends Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original content
