Salama Engineering Industries is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality function for our Process Equipment Division (PED) in Dammam. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in pressure vessel and shell & tube heat exchanger fabrication, with a proven background in Oil & Gas and petrochemical manufacturing. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering, fabrication, welding, inspection, testing and final documentation activities comply with applicable ASME, API, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Lead and manage the QA/QC function for the PED manufacturing and fabrication facility. Develop, implement and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII Division 1 & 2, ASME Section IX, ASME Section II, API and applicable TEMA requirements. Oversee quality activities for pressure vessels, shell & tube heat exchangers and other static/process equipment. Review and approve Quality Plans, ITPs, QCPs, inspection procedures, WPS/PQR/WPQ and quality documentation. Ensure quality control from raw material receiving through fabrication, fit-up, welding, NDT, PWHT, hydrotesting, final inspection and dispatch. Ensure compliance of welding and fabrication activities with approved procedures and applicable codes. Coordinate with ASME Authorized Inspectors, third-party inspection agencies, clients and EPC contractors. Manage NCRs, corrective actions, root-cause analysis and preventive actions. Conduct internal, external and customer audits and ensure timely closure of findings. Review MTCs, NDT reports, welding records, inspection reports and final manufacturing/quality dossiers. Establish and monitor quality KPIs, identify recurring quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and develop the QA/QC team, including QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors and NDT personnel. Support management in maintaining and improving the company's quality standards and customer satisfaction.<br>Mandatory Qualifications & Experience<br>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
