The role is responsible for shift coordination, manpower assignment, line readiness, laser production tracking, quality containment, downtime escalation, team communication, 5S, and support of continuous improvement activities.<br>&nbsp;<br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><li>Lead production team members during the shift to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.</li><li>Review production plan, part numbers, material requirements, manpower allocation, and line readiness before start of shift.</li><li>Coordinate laser line set-up, material flow, equipment readiness, production start-up, and first-off approval activities.</li><li>Monitor production output, downtime, scrap, quality performance, line speed, alarms, and abnormal conditions throughout the shift.</li><li>Use production systems, HMI, and machine interfaces to support fault recovery, verify equipment status, and escalate repeated or critical issues.</li><li>Ensure first-off, in-process, and final quality checks are completed and quality concerns are contained per escalation process.</li><li>Coach operators on standard work, safe behavior, defect recognition, shift handover discipline, and basic troubleshooting.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance, quality, material handling, engineering, and production supervision for issue resolution.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;shift records including output, downtime reasons, scrap,&nbsp;manpower, quality issues, and open actions.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive 5S, housekeeping, abnormality reporting, and continuous improvement actions within the production area.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><br><ul><li>Strong understanding of laser production line operations, material flow, product quality requirements, and shop floor production flow.</li><li>Ability to lead a shift team, assign work, give clear direction, and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;discipline against standard work.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of HMI / machine interface systems for alarms, line status, fault recovery, and escalation support.</li><li>Good problem-solving capability for downtime, quality defects, material flow issues, equipment interruptions, and production disruptions.</li><li>Effective communication with production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and material handling teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to train operators, support certification requirements, and reinforce safety, quality, and 5S standards.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><br><p>&nbsp;</p><br><ul><li>Technical associate degree (automotive manufacturing preferred).</li><li>Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in stamping, production operations, or related manufacturing processes. <p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>JOB PURPOSE</p><p>To ensure all manufactured products meet specified PepsiCo- and regulatory standards in terms of specification and food safety compliance and non-conforming finished products, ingredients, packaging materials and raw materials are not released. All PepsiCo Quality and Food Safety system standards are implemented, monitored, audit targets achieved, and Relevant Plant safety requirements are met.</p><p>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><ul><li>To conduct daily analysis on finished products, incoming raw and packaging materials and ensure that only conforming FGRMPM are released and non-conforming ones are isolated and held for further action as per Quality Policy and Procedures.</li><li>Participate in inspection visits by regulatory authorities and support addressing issues and concerns</li><li>To ensure GMP is followed by plant personnel and raise relevant issues during the shift</li><li>Participate in monthly Food safety audit and support in implementing FS standards and audit findings</li><li>Meet relevant safety requirement such as Near Miss, chemical management and support implementation of other EHS standards.</li><li>Sustain safe work environment in labs by adhering to SWPs ( Safe Working Procedures) in labs while maintaining high house- keeping standard in line with 5 S.</li><li>Attend Sensory evaluation test (Quality wall) during shift including review process and packaging performance hourly performance and follow-up from previous sensory evaluation findings. <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> Driller supervises the drill crew and runs the entire drilling operations activities to achieve the requirements of the operator s Drilling / Work-Over program while safely using to best effect machinery, equipment, and manpower. Operates drilling controls and drilling package, monitors drilling parameters and takes actions in well control situations. Driller diagnoses and reports down-hole problems and implements corrective measures. Enforce ADES safety procedures taking appropriate measures, ensure timely maintenance of drilling equipment & prepare activity reports to ensure that the drilling unit, machinery, equipment, and other resources are effectively operated to optimize the company's site operations considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.</p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Rig Operations:</strong> Manages the drilling operation, operates, controls the drilling equipment, and ensures that drilling activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations and company policies. Supervises and directs the drilling crew and provides guidance, assigns tasks, and monitors performance to ensure the smooth execution of drilling activities. Monitors drilling parameters, adjusts equipment settings and troubleshoots issues to perfect drilling performance. Reports drilling progress, well conditions, safety incidents, and any deviations from drilling plans to Toolpusher /OIM and Client representative onboard and other relevant parties. The role covers day-to-day site execution, welding and quality control, NDT and testing, painting/coating/insulation/cladding supervision, and direct interface with the Client and Third-Party Inspection.</p><p>The successful candidate will own the technical and quality record of the tank scope: raising and closing <strong>MIRs and WIRs</strong>, running inspections against the approved <strong>ITP</strong>, issuing <strong>progress reports</strong>, and preparing <strong>replies to Client comments</strong> on drawings, method statements and quality documents. This is a lead role for someone who stays organised and decisive under schedule pressure.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>1. Site Execution & Leadership</p><ul><li><p>Lead the site mechanical team (foremen, fitters, welders, riggers, scaffolders) for tank erection, dismantling, repair and rework activities.</p></li><li><p>Execute new tank construction to <strong>API 650</strong> (petroleum/petrochemical) and <strong>AWWA D100</strong> (welded steel water tanks), including bottom laying, shell erection (jacking or conventional), roof structure, nozzles, appurtenances and internals.</p></li><li><p>Plan and supervise <strong>rework and repair of existing tanks</strong>: shell/bottom plate replacement, annular plate renewal, lap-patch and insert-plate repairs, roof and floating-roof repairs, nozzle re-pad and re-rating, settlement correction, and re-inspection to <strong>API 653</strong> principles.</p></li><li><p>Review IFC drawings, isometrics, GADs and shop details; verify constructability and raise TQs/RFIs for any discrepancy before work starts.</p></li><li><p>Control plate marking, cutting, rolling, fit-up, alignment, roundness, plumbness, peaking and banding tolerances within code limits.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with civil, E&I, piping and scaffolding disciplines; manage material take-off, receipt and site stock to keep the front open.</p></li><li><p>Drive daily/weekly targets, resource loading and look-ahead schedules to protect the completion date.</p></li></ul><p>2.
