In this role, you will be responsible for managing both administrative and site-based construction monitoring activities, while providing technical oversight to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the approved design, budget, schedule, quality standards, safety and environmental requirements, and contractual obligations.</p><p>Monitor multiple contracts and the associated civil and structural field activities of construction contractors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, including scope of work, procedures, cost, schedule, installation, testing, and quality.</p><p>Oversee civil and structural elements such as:</p><ul><li>Earthworks,</li><li>Buildings civil and structural works,</li><li>Roads, underground utilities, and external civil works,</li><li>Coordination of civil and structural elements with architectural, ID, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure systems.</li></ul><p>Implement and adhere to the QA/QC Program, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and specifications during work activities.</p><p>Provide technical clarifications and guidance to contractors regarding schedule, procedures, scope of work, and other information requirements.</p><p>Plan, organize, monitor, and follow up on contractors activities.</p><p>Supervise and inspect the contractor s work to ensure that site operations are effectively executed, and that all required inspections and tests are properly conducted and documented.</p><p>Observe testing performed by the Contractor and determine conformance with the Contract Documents.</p><p>Develop a close professional working relationship with contractors.</p><p>Provide technical guidance in interpretation of contract documents and specifications.</p><p>Review job plans, methods, materials, and detect potential issues in meeting schedules or specifications.</p><p>Participate in progress, risk, and close-out activities, as assigned.</p><p>Review job plans, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans, pre qualifications, civil and structural material submittals, product data, certifications, shop drawings, test reports, and as-built drawings submitted by contractors for compliance with contract requirements.</p><p>Obtain Engineering review and approval.</p><p>Identify and report discrepancies in original design or contract documents requiring modifications.</p><p>Coordinate with other departments and third parties to obtain required support and/or approvals.</p><p>Detect and resolve conflicts in schedules and specifications and coordinate interfaces between civil and structural works and other disciplines.</p><p>Recommend approval of schedule changes in construction activities where required.</p><p>Compile technical data to prepare weekly and monthly reports on project progress, cost, and quality control.</p><p>Conduct or direct investigations and advise SRCE and SRCM of issues affecting schedule or quality.</p><p>Assist SRCE and SRCM in administrative functions and initiate correspondence (draft letters/reports) to contractors and other departments for SRCM s signature.</p><p>Review and validate billing items submitted in Work Estimates, confirm actual progress, determine work completion percentages, and recommend payments accordingly.</p><p>Assist in compiling documentation and evaluating claims, changes, or delays related to civil and structural works.</p><p>Perform other related duties as assigned by management.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of post-graduation experience with strong site inspection and construction management skills in civil and structural works.</li><li>Solid understanding of civil and structural design principles, construction materials, and construction detailing.</li><li>Knowledge of applicable international civil and structural codes and standards, including ACI, AISC, ASTM, and local regulatory and environmental requirements.</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English; ability to produce clear technical documentation and reports.</li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications, and document and materials management systems (DMCS).</li><li>Must be able to obtain a Saudi Driving License.</li><li>Desired project experience includes residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and mixed-use developments, as well as public realm and infrastructure projects.</li><li>At least 3 years of Middle East work experience is desirable.</li><li>BIM experience is not a requirement, but would be a plus</li><li>LEED AP accreditation is a major plus.</li></ul>

<p>Supervise and monitor the implementation of maintenance procedures and systems as well as the completion of task performed. Activities include but are not limited to the development and upkeep of the preventative maintenance programs, coordination of maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime while maintaining safe work practices, conducting corrective maintenance analysis, supervision of projects implementation, and provide a positive and innovative work environment.</p><p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise the work of personnel engaged in a day-to-day maintenance of pharmacies &amp;
