Audit contractor rate structures and substantiations to aggressively mitigate financial risk to the client.</p><p>Claims Evaluation: Review contractor notices, contractual claims, and time-extension requests. Assist the FIDIC Engineer in formulating detailed commercial determinations, contractual correspondence, and dispute mitigation strategies.</p><p>Site Measurement & Verification: Perform routine site visits and physical quantity verifications to audit contractor progress reports, evaluate provisional sums, dayworks, and prime cost sums.</p><p>Cost Controls & Reporting: Maintain impeccably accurate, auditable cost control records.
