JOB PURPOSE:<br>To represent the company and promote the product portfolio by executing the company’s sales strategy and maintain customer satisfaction levels.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs in order to exceed customer’s expectations. Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales / monetary transactions, opening / closing procedures. Maintain positive customer and employee relations; reporting any problems/complaints immediately to the store manager. Assist with inventory, display, merchandising and placement of stock on sales floor, stock rotation and mark-downs to ensure sales targets are achieved. Assist with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping tasks to ensure neat, clean and safe working environment. Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe handling of merchandise. Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies. Be aware of possible damage, theft or potential safety hazards, reporting observations immediately to store manager.<br>EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:Minimum Qualification: High School or Equivalent Experience. Minimum Experience: Prior retail experience preferably in Fashion Good communication skills<br>SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:Customer Service / Product Knowledge / Grooming / Merchandising / Self-Management / Cash Till Operations.
