Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments. We are seeking an SAP-EAMS Director to join JASARA PMC. This role will lead enterprise asset management systems, SAP EAMS readiness and asset data governance, working across City Operations, City AM, Asset Class BUs and O&amp;M teams to create a trusted single source of asset information. The Enterprise Asset Management Director is accountable for leading the city s enterprise asset management systems, asset information governance and SAP EAMS preparation within the City Asset Management organisation. The role works closely with City Operations, the wider AM team, Asset Class BUs, O&amp;M teams, handover, digital, finance and governance functions to ensure asset information, operational requirements and AM standards are aligned across the city operating model from an AM point of view. The position acts as the business owner for SAP EAMS design decisions, data migration standards, process integration and reporting requirements, ensuring the platform enables reliable operations, lifecycle planning, maintenance delivery, service-quality monitoring and investment decision-making. It embeds the AM data model, workflows, KPIs and reporting framework so City Operations, portfolios and O&amp;M teams have one trusted source of asset information and a consistent approach to asset performance, lifecycle and renewals planning.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Enterprise AM Systems Strategy and Governance</strong> Define and maintain the enterprise asset management systems strategy, roadmap, governance framework and operating model for City AM and City Operations. Act as business owner for SAP EAMS design decisions, ensuring system configuration reflects approved AM policies, lifecycle processes, service-quality standards, operational requirements and governance controls. Align AM systems, asset data standards and reporting outputs with portfolio priorities, asset intersections and operational requirements that support integrated city planning. Establish clear decision rights, escalation routes and accountabilities across City AM, City Operations, O&amp;M, Asset Class BUs, Digital, Finance, Procurement, Handover and governance teams. Lead standards for asset information ownership, configuration control, system access, master data stewardship and change control. Provide executive advice, options, risks, cost implications and recommendations on enterprise AM systems, data quality, SAP EAMS readiness and city-wide AM integration.</li><li><strong>SAP EAMS Preparation, Cut-over and Integration</strong> Lead business preparation and cut-over to SAP EAMS, including readiness planning, business acceptance criteria, cut-over sequencing, issue management and early-life support arrangements. Define business requirements for SAP EAMS configuration, workflows, asset structures, maintenance processes, user roles, dashboards and reporting outputs. Set data migration standards, validation rules, reconciliation controls and sign-off processes for asset master data, hierarchy, location, ownership, condition, performance, maintenance and lifecycle information. Ensure SAP EAMS integrates with existing AM processes, City Operations dashboards, portfolio reporting, handover controls, maintenance planning, finance inputs and operational support requirements. Embed data and workflow requirements needed to support business-as-usual AM changes, capacity increases, readiness impacts, commercialisation inputs and service-charge information for relevant assets. Coordinate design reviews, user acceptance testing, mock cut-overs, defect resolution and go-live readiness decisions with Digital, City Operations and implementation partners.</li><li><strong>AM Data Model, Asset Register and Information Standards</strong> Define and embed the enterprise AM data model, including asset classification, hierarchy, location structure, ownership attributes, criticality, condition, lifecycle status and maintenance master data. Own the standards for the central asset register so asset information is accurate, complete, consistent and usable across districts, portfolios, systems and asset types. Establish data quality controls, validation checks, cleansing routines, reconciliation processes and exception reporting to identify and resolve data gaps. Ensure asset data requirements are embedded into handover, adoption, acceptance and configuration management processes. With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.</span></span></p><br><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><br><ul><li>Planning and Target Visits: Plan and visit HCPs as per target visits per tier, ensuring consistent and effective engagement with key stakeholders.</li><li>Establish Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with dermatologists and designated medical professionals to ensure effective education about Galderma’s Aesthetic products.</li><li>Plan and Execute Visits: Execute visits to HCPs to share medical updates, conduct scientific discussions, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations.</li><li>Training and Workshops: Organize and participate in workshops, hands-on training sessions, and scientific meetings for HCPs to enhance their understanding of Galderma’s solutions and their applications.</li><li>Education and IDS Approach: Educate HCPs on Galderma’s Integrated Dermatology Solutions (IDS) approach, emphasizing holistic treatment regimens to improve patient outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams to align educational strategies and enhance HCP engagement.</li><li>Educational Marketing Plans: Implement and support the company’s educational marketing plans, ensuring effective delivery of medical content through presentations, workshops, and other educational initiatives.</li><li>Market Insights: Monitor and gather insights into market trends, competitor activities, and HCP feedback on Galderma products to refine and enhance educational strategies.</li><li>Scientific Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of medical advancements and data in dermatology and aesthetics, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is shared with HCPs.</li><li>Pharmacovigilance and Reporting: Collect and report pharmacovigilance cases to HQ, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements governing interactions with HCPs, including adherence to company policies and country laws.</li><li>Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate company resources (e.g., time, marketing expenses, samples) effectively in collaboration with the Line Manager.</li><li>Performance Review: Regularly review performance metrics and develop action plans with the manager to address areas of improvement.</li><li>Reporting: Submit activity and results reports, including daily reports, weekly plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.</li><li>Complaint Handling: Address HCP complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and providing recommendations to management.</li><li>Integrated Strategy Mindset: Consistently apply an integrated dermatology strategy mindset in daily roles and responsibilities.</li><li>Tailored Scientific Information: Provide HCPs with tailored scientific information to support their practice and improve patient care.</li><li>Strategic Positioning: Strategically position Galderma products as part of a holistic treatment regimen to optimize outcomes and foster loyalty among HCPs.</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For:</p><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree (science/ pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification</li><li>Licensed pharmacist- eligible to practice in KSA</li><li>Valid Healthcare License is Mandatory</li><li>Saudi National is mandatory</li><li>Language: fluent in English especially Business English (written and spoken/presentations etc.)</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years in a multinational healthcare or pharmaceutical company, preferably in dermatology or aesthetics.</li><li>Proven experience in engaging HCPs with scientific discussions and training programs.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare</li></ul><b>Our people make a difference</b><br>At Galderma, you’ll work with people who are like you.
