Prepare and present technical, operational, compliance, and performance reports covering road electrical assets, street lighting condition, defects, corrective actions, contractor performance, and regulatory compliance status. Provide expert technical support in troubleshooting road electrical faults, lighting failures, cable damage, control system issues, and interface constraints between electrical installations and civil works. Promote continuous improvement, energy efficiency, safe work practices, and knowledge sharing in the management of public road lighting and electrical infrastructure.<br>EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Extensive technical knowledge in electrical systems, public works, and utilities. Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Outlook.<br>EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 10 years of experience in road construction and electrical lightings in public roads, including operation and maintenance. Experience in third-party oversight, planning, inspection, and auditing of electrical systems. Proven track record as a technical lead, with successful project outcomes.
