Vivint is seeking a Field Service Professional to join its team in Al Khafji, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves installing smart home technology, providing customer education, and identifying opportunities for system upgrades. Core Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Educate homeowners on the proper use of their new smart home systems.
• Participate in consistent coaching and leadership training for professional development within the organization.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Experience: 0-1 years required.
• A Sales Mindset: Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a significant advantage.
• Customer-First Attitude: Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical Aptitude: Prior experience in cable/satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a post-offer background investigation and meet all applicable licensing requirements.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Capability to climb ladders up to 14 feet, including carrying tools while adhering to company-approved ladder weight capacity requirements (*, 375 lbs).
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, such as attics.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive hourly base salary, complemented by uncapped commission and incentives based on performance.
