Previous Middle East and Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities. Prepare baseline schedules, revised programs, recovery schedules, and short-term look-ahead plans using Primavera P6. Track project progress against approved baselines and identify schedule deviations, delays, and critical path impacts. Conduct Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, progress measurement, productivity assessments, and performance monitoring. Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc progress reports for project management, clients, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, S-Curves, manpower histograms, equipment utilization reports, and cash flow forecasts. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commercial, and construction teams to ensure accurate progress tracking and reporting. Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and provide recommendations to improve project performance. Support delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and project controls activities in accordance with contractual requirements. Monitor contractual milestones and identify potential schedule risks and mitigation plans. Participate in client, consultant, and management meetings, presenting planning and progress updates. Ensure compliance with project controls procedures, reporting standards, and company requirements.
