Job Title : Sr. Manager, Environmental & Sustainability Location: Saudi Arabia Role Purpose This role carries primary responsibility for HSE&S compliance, management, and regulatory adherence across the project. The incumbent leads all on-site HSE operations, environmental controls, and statutory compliance, while also providing internal oversight of the external sustainability consultant engaged for LEED Platinum, Mostadam Diamond, and Net Zero certification, ensuring consultant deliverables are reviewed, tracked, and escalated where required. Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor HSE and environmental staff across the project. Define roles and responsibilities, manage workload allocation, and support capability development. Develop and implement training plans to maintain team competency across all relevant standards and regulations. Risk Management & Compliance Identify and assess environmental and HSE risks at project level. Approve and monitor risk mitigation and preventive measures. Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination Prepare and submit periodic HSE and sustainability performance reports to project leadership and the client. Support procurement in evaluating subcontractor HSE and environmental compliance.<br>JOB SPECIFICATIONS:Industry / Domain Construction Necessary Knowledge and Experience Minimum 10–12 years of environmental and sustainability management experience in construction or EPC projects, including at least 3–5 years on large-scale projects in KSA or GCC. Demonstrable experience managing environmental and sustainability compliance, conducting audits, overseeing subcontractor E&S compliance, and preparing regulatory submissions. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary HSE teams and manage across multiple concurrent workstreams. End-to-end involvement in at least one LEED-certified and one Mostadam-rated project, spanning both design (credit planning, specification review, documentation) and construction phases (site verification against certified design intent), not as a contributor but as the accountable owner or primary reviewer of the certification process. On Net Zero, candidates must demonstrate involvement in both a GHG inventory or carbon baseline and a decarbonization roadmap or reduction plan; measurement experience alone does not meet this requirement. Strong knowledge of international environmental regulations, HSE management systems, sustainability frameworks, and corporate reporting standards (GRI, UNGC, Saudi Green Initiative). Proven ability to critically review consultant submissions, identifying missing documentation, misapplied credits, or compliance gaps, as an informed internal reviewer. Education and Certification Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical or related engineering. Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in sustainability or environmental management is an advantage. <p><h4>Design manager – hospitality projects</h4>
<p>Leading design delivery for hospitality (hotels/stadium/museums/hospitals) projects across the Middle East, ensuring alignment with client vision, technical standards, and project requirements. Manages multidisciplinary design teams, coordinates design development, and oversees design reviews, approvals, and integration with construction and procurement processes. Drives design quality, resolves technical challenges, and ensures timely delivery of coordinated, compliant, and buildable design solutions.</p>
