<b>Job Description</b><p><b>Role Overview</b></p><br><p>AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced <b>Interface and Integration Manager</b> to lead the coordination, resolution, and governance of all internal and external interfaces the Saudi Arabia Railway.</p><br><p>the Interface and Integration Manager will manage interface matrices, registers, and coordination workflows across the project.</p><br><p><b>Key Requirements and Accountabilities</b></p><br><p><b>Sector Experience</b></p><br><ul><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in interface and integration management for large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in rail.</li><li>Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination across civil, systems, MEP, architectural, and operational packages.</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi Arabia infrastructure delivery frameworks and Rail standards.</li></ul><p><b>Interface Strategy & Governance</b></p><br><ul><li>Develop and maintain the Interface and Integration Management Plan in accordance with the Contract.</li><li>Implement interface protocols, workflows, and escalation procedures across all packages.</li><li>Ensure interface activities are aligned with programme milestones, risk registers, and design deliverables.</li></ul><p><b>Interface Identification & Coordination</b></p><br><ul><li>Manage and update the Interface Responsibility Matrix (IRM), Interface Scope Matrix, and Interface Register.</li><li>Identify, track, and resolve strategic interfaces requiring coordination in between major contract packages, technical interfaces between adjacent packages, governance of the internal interfaces in a package and detailed interfaces at component or system level. <p>Position Summary</p><p>The Sales Manager owns the full commercial performance of the showroom, accountable for unit sales volume, gross margin, F&I penetration, trade-in performance, and overall customer experience.</p><p>The role leads a multi-layered sales organization, ensuring strong pipeline management, disciplined execution of sales processes, and alignment with OEM strategies and dealership financial objectives. Acting as the executive face of the showroom, the Sales Manager directly influences revenue growth, profitability, brand perception, and customer satisfaction (NPS/CSV).</p><p>By combining strategic planning with operational leadership, the Sales Manager ensures consistent target achievement while building a high-performance sales culture.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Commercial Performance & P&L Ownership</p><p>• Deliver monthly and annual targets across unit sales, gross margin, F&I penetration, accessories, and trade-in conversions</p><p>• Manage showroom P&L by controlling pricing discipline, discounting strategy, cost structures, and inventory performance</p><p>• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with OEM campaigns, stock availability, market conditions, and competitor activity</p><p>• Monitor pipeline performance, conversion ratios, and sales mix to maximize profitability per unit</p><p>• Ensure optimal inventory management, reducing ageing stock and improving stock turn</p><p>Team Leadership & Capability Development</p><p>• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Supervisors, Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators, Handover Specialists, and Guest Relations teams</p><p>• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing capability development aligned with brand standards and Saudization targets</p><p>• Set individual and team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and manage underperformance with clear action plans</p><p>• Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, conversion excellence, and customer experience</p><p>OEM, Finance & Stakeholder Management</p><p>• Manage strategic relationships with OEM / Principal on stock allocation, product programs, training, and audit compliance</p><p>• Liaise with finance partners and banks to maintain strong F&I penetration, approval rates, and financing performance</p><p>• Engage with corporate accounts, fleet clients, and key strategic customers to drive business growth</p><p>• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Aftersales, Marketing, and Finance to align business objectives</p><p>Customer Experience & Brand Standards</p><p>• Ensure showroom presentation, vehicle display, demo fleet readiness, and customer journey align with OEM CI standards</p><p>• Own showroom NPS / CSV performance and lead resolution of escalated customer complaints</p><p>• Drive a structured sales journey including second-facing strategy to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction</p><p>• Ensure consistent and premium customer experience across all touchpoints</p><p>Reporting, Compliance & Governance</p><p>• Submit accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analytics to senior leadership and finance teams</p><p>• Ensure full compliance with KYC, financing documentation, anti-fraud controls, and internal audit requirements</p><p>• Monitor data accuracy within CRM / DMS systems to support reliable reporting and decision-making</p><p>• Drive workforce planning, Saudization targets, and team structure optimization in coordination with HR</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
<div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Educational Requirements</p><p>• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline</p><p>Experience Requirements</p><p>• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive automotive retail sales experience within a franchised dealership environment</p><p>• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager, Showroom Manager, or equivalent leadership role</p><p>• Proven track record of delivering P&L performance, revenue growth, and team leadership in KSA markets</p><p>• Experience managing high-volume or multi-brand showroom operations is strongly preferred</p><p>Technical Skills</p><p>• Advanced proficiency in CRM and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) for sales management, reporting, and analytics</p><p>• Strong understanding of P&L management, gross margin control, and inventory performance metrics</p><p>• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations</p><p>• Strong knowledge of F&I products, financing structures, and trade-in valuation processes</p><p>• Ability to analyze sales performance data and implement corrective strategies</p><p>• Valid Saudi Arabia driving license</p></div>
