Every month, hundreds of thousands of people across the GCC book a cleaner, a beauty service, a handyman, or a healthcare visit through Justlife. In Saudi, the content that builds our brand the calendar, the Reels, the creators is yours to own. We're looking for a Social Media Executive in Saudi Arabia who has run social for a brand before, who writes Arabic-first content that sounds like us, who can make a shoot happen anywhere in the Kingdom, and who wants the autonomy to turn ideas into reality. The Role You'll own social end to end for Justlife KSA building and running the content calendar, executing influencer campaigns from outreach to going live, and writing Arabic-first, on-brand content when it's needed. You'll drive video shoots across Saudi: you don't have to be behind the camera, but you know how to make a shoot happen brief, crew, location, output. You'll report to the KSA lead and work closely with the central branding and performance marketing teams, designers and copywriters, and the UAE social media team. This is a new, KSA-localised role you'll be the person who makes our brand feel native in Saudi. Our creator roster and audience here are mostly women, so a real feel for that community matters. This is not a post-and-schedule role. We're giving you real autonomy the freedom to roam, to make the call, and to turn your ideas into content people actually want to watch. What You'll Do in Your First 6 Months Own the calendar. Build and run a KSA content calendar plan it, ship it, keep it consistent. Grow engagement. Make content that lands with a Saudi audience and moves real social-engagement numbers. Run influencer campaigns. Take campaigns from outreach to live, and manage the creators end to end. Make shoots happen. Drive video shoots across the Kingdom brief, crew, location, output. Localise the brand. Turn central brand direction into content that feels genuinely native in Saudi. How We Work Autonomous. You'll have the freedom to roam, decide, and ship we hire people we can trust to run with it. Arabic-first. In Saudi, content sounds native written for the audience, not translated at them. Create and ship. Speed matters; a great post today beats a perfect one next week. On the ground. The best KSA content comes from being where it happens, not managing it from a desk. Connected. You'll work daily with central branding and performance marketing, designers and copywriters, and the UAE social team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-haves Hands-on experience running social media for a brand you've owned real channels, not just posted to them. Native or fluent Arabic, with the ability to write Arabic-first, on-brand content. Based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam), and able to travel across the Kingdom for shoots. The know-how to make a video shoot happen brief, crew, location, output even if you're not the one filming. A strong sense of what makes content land with a Saudi audience: trends, formats, and tone. The drive and autonomy to own social end to end and turn ideas into reality. Nice-to-haves Video shooting and editing. Graphic design. Experience creating content for a predominantly female creator community and audience. Your feed is your portfolio. Show us the brand you've grown and the content you're proudest of.

Over 100,000 merchants run their businesses on Salla, and every one of them moves through a journey: discovering us, onboarding, publishing a first product, making a first sale, growing or stalling. This role owns that journey end to end, strategy and execution in one person. It is the rare lifecycle seat where you inherit the raw material most lifecycle marketers spend years wishing for: tens of thousands of merchants, rich behavioral data from signup to sale, direct channels into every one of them, and a mandate to build the system your way rather than optimize someone else's. You will own the stages, cohorts, and triggers that define the merchant journey, and the campaigns across email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app that move merchants from one stage to the next. The mandate is clear: turn merchant data into personalized, high-converting journeys that activate, retain, and grow every store on the platform. You will drive impact across three major domains: Lifecycle Strategy and Architecture (stage definitions, segmentation, behavioral triggers, the consolidated journey map) Hands-On Execution and Experimentation (campaigns you build and ship yourself in the tooling, disciplined testing, outcomes tied to activation, retention, and customer lifetime value) AI-Forward Personalization at Scale (AI-assisted content and workflow systems that keep the operation lean)

Responsibilities:

Design and own the full merchant lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, activation, growth, retention, win-back.

Define segmentation, build cohorts, and set the behavioral triggers that move merchants forward and reduce drop-off.

Build and ship campaigns hands-on across email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app.

Run a rigorous experimentation roadmap: controlled tests, holdout groups, and success metrics tied to activation, retention, and customer lifetime value, not vanity opens and clicks.

Design dynamic, personalized content and connect it across tools and data sources so the right message reaches the right merchant at the right moment.

Scale content and personalization through AI-assisted workflows with low operational dependency.

Keep the whole system consolidated, coherent, and continuously optimized: you own the journey map, not just campaigns.

Report stage-conversion and retention outcomes with a live experimentation backlog behind them.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience owning a customer or merchant lifecycle end to end, strategy and execution, with tangible results you can point to. Deep fluency in lifecycle concepts: segmentation, cohorting, stage design, triggers, retention, churn, customer lifetime value. Hands-on campaign execution in a major lifecycle or customer-relationship platform (Intercom, Braze, or similar), technical enough to own triggers, flows, dynamic content, and API-based data connections without engineering support. A demonstrated experimentation mindset: you test, measure, optimize, and have killed ideas based on data. Experience building dynamic content systems connecting multiple data sources into a single journey. Active AI usage in lifecycle work, with a point of view on where AI adds value and where it doesn't. Experience at or closely with a software-as-a-service company, ideally in the Middle East; genuine empathy for merchants and small businesses. Full working proficiency in Arabic and English: this role writes, reviews, and ships Arabic campaign copy that reads native, not translated.

You will work closely with sales, logistics providers, and customer service teams to align outbound priorities with commercial commitments, while maintaining inventory accuracy, team productivity, and full EHS compliance. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-moving, order-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead daily briefings with warehouse staff to communicate operational priorities, highlight challenges, and ensure seamless Shift A-to-Shift B handovers. Oversee onboarding and continuous training for new warehouse operators, with emphasis on order picking accuracy, packing standards, and dispatch readiness. Act as the primary point of contact for staff leave planning and backup arrangements to maintain uninterrupted outbound operations. Maintain real-time data integrity in the WMS, ensuring all finished goods movements (receipt, put-away, pick, pack, ship) are recorded accurately and promptly.2. Process Optimization & Equipment Management Identify bottlenecks in the pick-pack-ship cycle, especially during peak seasons or promotional surges, and propose actionable improvements to the WH manager. Schedule preventive maintenance for warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, conveyor systems, etc.) in line with company policy, and archive all supporting documentation. Inventory & Quality Control (Finished Goods Focus) Lead daily continuous cycle counts for each finished goods SKU, maintaining fixed 100% stock accuracy and reporting discrepancies immediately. Perform regular scheduled inventory audits and cycle counts to validate system data against physical stock. Inspect outbound finished goods for packaging integrity, label accuracy, and damage/discrepancies against sales orders (SOs) or delivery notes. Optimize slotting strategies based on item velocity, size, and seasonal demand patterns to reduce picker travel time and improve order-picking productivity. Monitor aging finished goods inventory and coordinate with sales/planning teams on promotional push or clearance actions.4. Safety, Compliance & Facility Ownership Ensure 100% compliance of all warehouse staff with company EHS policies, and coordinate regular safety training sessions tailored to finished goods handling and dispatch activities. International exposure across China, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and Brazil operations. A dynamic, multicultural environment with clear career progression. Comprehensive training and development programs.
