<p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE</p><br><p>Leadership of the Hull outfitting division for New commercial ships, OSV, MRO & Rigs. Accountable for the safe, effective, and efficient utilization of physical and human resources employed in all commissioning related project activities in accordance with the contract and Company Management System. The role will be initially focused on establishing the department’s functional objectives, strategies, plans and procedures for new commercial ships, the building of jack-up rigs and/or Maintenance that repair & overhaul of rigs and ships.</p><br><p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES </p><br><p>1. Hull outfitting installation management Monitor productivity of all piping and steel outfitting installation activities in shipbuilding, rig construction and ensuring timely completion of works fulfilling quality and safety. Collaborate with other departments/zones to develop and implement new processes, systems, and procedures that continually increase efficiency and productivity. </p><br><p> 2. Monitoring pressure test for piping system Monitor pressure test for piping system after the piping work completed. Make sure the whole materials to be used for pressure test are to be guaranteed for its pressure. </p><br><p> 3. Obtain shipowners' classification inspections of required systems. Check the systems, request the inspection from shipowners and classification society and obtain the approval for system according to the drawings. </p><br><p> 4. HSE Management Pursue zero harm to employees by ensuring that all machinery installation activities are executed safely in compliance with HSE standards/procedures and TDS/MSDS of paint material. </p><br><p> 5. Resource Management Take primary responsibility for allocating and managing manpower and resources for commissioning, in accordance with the project schedule and budget. Monitor actual asset costs/man-hours against budgeted costs/man-hours and take corrective action for overruns. Coordinate with other production departments/zones and the Asset Management group to avoid asset and resource duplication. </p><br><p> 6. HR Management Assist the Human Resource team with workforce-related issues such as site support, recruitment, transportation, disciplinary procedures, labor relations, site welfare facilities, and offsite accommodation. Water quality testing; Monitors the results of water cultures as indicated. Monitors air quality measures including (Pressure gradient, air cycles, temperature and humidity of all positive and negative pressure rooms. Conducts fungal cultures post construction involving high-risk areas eg, operating theaters. Assists in the review of environmental cleanliness in areas assigned including cleaning procedures, schedules, and agents used. Assists in monitoring implementation of healthcare waste program. Assists in overseeing the ambulatory cares and home care organization : Development and implementation of policies and procedures. Education of staff on proper program implementation, operation, tracking and trending infection control data. Evaluation of employee exposures and follow-up. Responsible for arranging and organizing infection control committee meetings including preparation of agenda, reports and minutes. Act as a member of other committees as assigned by seniors.
