<li >Provide assistance to discipline superintendents regarding pre/PWHT welding and NDE.</li>
<li >Support and maintain the Project Field Welder Testing program.</li>
<li >Perform inspections and documentation of all welding, NDE, and pre/PWHT activities on a continuing basis.</li>
<li >Maintain and implement Bechtel’s Nondestructive Examination Qualification and Certification of NDE personnel (NEPQ).</li>
<li >Implement Bechtel’s Welding Program in relation to the requirements of various GBUs.</li>
<li >Prepare, develop, and qualify NDE procedures, including specialized NDE procedures.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Required Qualifications and Skills</h3>
<ul >
<li ><strong >Education and Experience:</strong> Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 15 years of relevant experience, or 20 years of relevant work experience.</li>
<li ><strong >PWHT Coordinator:</strong> 15 years of industry experience performing and implementing Post Weld Heat Treatment on large-scale projects.</li>
<li ><strong >NDE Level III:</strong> Associate's degree in engineering/science from a 2-year technical college or university preferred plus 8 years’ experience, or 12 years’ combined industry experience with NDE methods, writing procedures, and providing training.</li>
<li ><strong >Certifications:</strong> NDE Certificates including PT, MT, and LT. Must be certifiable by written examination to Bechtel’s nondestructive examination requirements as NDE Level 3. Advanced knowledge and/or certifications in SMAW/GTAW/GMAW/FCAW.</li>
<li ><strong >Knowledge and Skills:</strong> Working knowledge of pre/PWHT (PHT-2) and other welding procedures/standards. Understanding of pre/PWHT of equipment and consumables. Strong technical background and knowledge of all phases of welding applications and methods and non-destructive examination relating to construction activities. Knowledge of AWS, API, NFPA, AWWA, ASTM, and ASNT codes, specifications, and standards.</li>

<p >This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, supporting the Ar Rjum Project.</p>
