Network Administrator – Job Description Position Title Network Administrator Location Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Department Information Technology (IT) Reports ToNational IT Manager / IT Manager<br><br>Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the company’s IT infrastructure across multiple branches and locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of the network environment, including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, servers, and Microsoft systems. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical experience, and the ability to support users and critical business operations with minimal downtime.<br><br><br>Key Responsibilities Network & Infrastructure Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. Configure and support switches, routers, access points, and firewalls. Monitor network performance, availability, and security. Troubleshoot network outages and connectivity issues. Implement and maintain network security policies. Microsoft & Server Administration Administer Windows Server environments. Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing. Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Exchange environments. Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery procedures.
