Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the company’s IT infrastructure across multiple branches and locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of the network environment, including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, servers, and Microsoft systems. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical experience, and the ability to support users and critical business operations with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities Network & Infrastructure Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. Configure and support switches, routers, access points, and firewalls. Monitor network performance, availability, and security. Troubleshoot network outages and connectivity issues. Implement and maintain network security policies. Microsoft & Server Administration Administer Windows Server environments. Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing. Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Exchange environments. Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery procedures. User & Technical Support Provide technical support for users across branches and head office. Resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues. Support remote users via VPN and remote access tools. Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed. Security & Monitoring Monitor antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewall logs. Ensure systems are updated with latest patches and security updates. Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices. Documentation & Reporting Maintain network diagrams and IT documentation. Prepare technical reports and inventory records. Document incidents, solutions, and preventive actions.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3–5 years of experience in network and system administration. Strong knowledge of:Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory TCP/IP, DNS, DHCPVPN and Firewall configuration Wi-Fi infrastructure Microsoft 365 / Exchange Experience with virtualization technologies is an advantage. Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Preferred Certifications Cisco Systems CCNA or CCNPMicrosoft certifications Fortinet / Sophos firewall certifications are a plus

Working Conditions Full-time position May require travel between branches/sites Availability for emergency support outside working hours when needed
