Roles, Responsibilities, Duties Responsible for own Safety at work sites,Extend support to QHSE Manager and Procurement team in reviewing and assessing the Contractors HSE prequalification. Attending clients and other stakeholders’ meetings related to HSE on behalf of the QHSE Manager and publishing minutes of meeting. Ensure all contractors and other personnel on site understand and comply with HSE requirements and regulations and strive towards zero harm to life and property. Provide adequate information, instructions, supervision, training, and TBT to Khidmah employees in matters related to HSE. Daily report any HSE violations, follow up on implementation of control measures and corrective actions to mitigate the risks and recommend disciplinary actions on safety violations to the QHSE Manager. Flexible and available on call for emergencies to work on holidays or outside working hours. Coordinate with Facility Managers/Supervisors and Client to ensure that compliance with regulatory requirements and instructions from regulatory authorities are met. Documentation for HSE management systems in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2011 and OHSAS 18001:2007 / ISO45001:2018 standards at sites. Review and approve method statements, risk assessments and emergency plans and Conduct site specific risk assessments/job analysis. Review and approve work permits submitted by both Khidmah, Khidmah Contractors and Client Contractors. Responsible for developing, Implementing, and updating evacuation plans, procedures and measures. Pandemic Illness Management and enforcement Coordinate with senior management concerning the implementation of the safety management system on-site and the ongoing instructions to all personnel in its use. Monitor, Direct and Lead the site team to implement ‘’I see, I fix, I report’ program. Monitor readiness and response to emergency situations through regularly held and documented drills. Conducting regular safety checks and escalating feedback and emergency issues to QHSE Manager and Facility Manager. Performing periodic and random HSE inspection as per the required KPI for the client requirements/ extra inspections for the site HSE improvements Performing regular site walks and documented checks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene of staff. Report functionality issues to FM team regarding technical equipment such as electrical doors, HV, LV systems, Fire protection systems, Fire Alert and Firefighting systems, HVAC systems, Gas systems, access control systems, storage and distribution systems are maintained in a safe manner. Ensure all operatives wear appropriate PPE on site. Coordinate and conduct monthly HSE committee at all responsible sites by including all relevant stakeholders. Document and maintain the records of monthly HSE committee meeting onsite with subject and attendance. Document, maintain and update all HSE incident, near misses and dangerous occurrence registers Facilitate COSHH assessments and advise FM team to maintain SDS at chemical store as per the UAE standard. Conduct incident investigation, identify the root cause and propose the necessary and relevant corrective actions required to close out the incidents. Conduct site safety inductions to all new staff of Khidmah and contractors. Compile and communicate all the information required for preparation of corporate HSE monthly report for further HSE departmental requirement. Working with other departments to integrate safety into all aspects of business operations.<br>Occupational and workplace Health and Safety responsibilities: In addition to all job specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Khidmah health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations. All employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc. Khidmah HSE department regularly updates existing and introduces new policies, procedures and practices and each employee is personally responsible to ensure they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions.<br>Information Security responsibilities: Comply with Khidmah Information Security Policies Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training Know how to report a security incident (to IT Service Desk or Info Sec). Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords. Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts and maintain confidentiality.<br>Business Continuity Responsibilities:Identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities. Evaluating the impact of disruptions on operations. Analyzing critical business functions. Determining recovery time objectives for essential services. Raising awareness of the BCP and individual responsibilities. Regularly testing the BCP through drills and simulations. Coordinating with departments to ensure continuity strategies are integrated.
