Job Summary The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing assigned modern trade key accounts, achieving sales targets, developing account plans, negotiating agreements, and ensuring strong coordination across sales, marketing, finance, and distribution functions.<br>Key Responsibilities Manage assigned key accounts and ensure national-level sales coordination. Develop sales plans and budgets to meet or exceed annual targets. Negotiate contracts, marketing plans, listing fees, rebates, shelf space, returns, and BDAs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers. Conduct market visits to monitor coverage, competitors, product availability, and sales opportunities.
